THE RESULTS OF THE FUNCTIONING OF THE INNOVATIVE PEDAGOGICAL SYSTEM FOR FORMING STU-DENT GROUPS OF CADETS AS COLLECTIVES AT THE MILITARY ORDER OF ZHUKOV ACADEMY OF THE NATIONAL GUARD TROOPS OF THE RUSSIAN FEDERATION

摘要

The purpose of the study is to verify the effectiveness of the functioning of an innovative pedagogical system developed for the purpose of forming educational groups of cadets as collectives in the military universities of the National Guard of the Russian Federation. Research methods: generally recognized theoretical and empirical methods related to the studied problem, development of the concept of the pedagogical system, author questionnaires, ex-pert evaluation, and experimentation. Research results and conclusions. A pedagogical system for forming educational groups of cadets as collectives has been created and implemented in the educational process of the Military Order of Zhukov Academy of the National Guard of the Russian Federation, its structural compo-nents and their content, interdependencies have been developed; functional models of the activities of teachers during classes and officers in their managerial and educational activities have been tested. The prospects of using these models for the purpose of addressing the task of forming cadet collec-tives have been proven.

THE LEGACY OF YAKUT TRADITIONAL WRESTLING IN PHOTOGRAPHS FROM THE LATE XIX TO EARLY XX CENTURY

摘要

The purpose of the study is a comprehensive analysis of the equipment used by wrestlers, as well as the grappling techniques in Yakut traditional wrestling from the late 19th to the early 20th century. Research methods and organization include the analysis of primary sources such as ethnographic studies, photographs, and documentary evidence, as well as the organization of material in chronological order to identify the evolution of Yakut wrestling. Some sources are published for the first time. Research results and conclusions indicate that, based on the examined photographs, the following elements can be identified in Yakut wrestling: special natazniki and possibly coverings, grips for the natazniki, leg grips, active grips, and training from childhood. This article may serve as one of the catalysts for the revival of Yakut wrestling.

PHYSICAL TRAINING OF FEMALE STUDENTS FOR TRAIL RUNNING

The purpose of the study is to develop a methodology for physical education classes with students using a training complex that includes methods and tools for developing physical qualities and skills necessary for trail running, introductory seminars on the sport, and to determine the effectiveness of the complex's impact on attendance, motivation, and the level of physical fitness. Research methods and organization: methods of analysis and generalization of scientific and methodological literature were used, along with pedagogical experiments, testing of functional condition using modern devices for monitoring physical state, and methods of mathematical statistics. The developed methodology was tested in physical education classes at the St. Petersburg State University of Aerospace Instrumentation. Research results and conclusions. The identified reliable increase in motivation and functional fitness indicators among female students confirms the effectiveness of the developed training methodology. The obtained data confirmed the efficiency and feasibility of integrating a training complex based on trail running exercises into the educational process.

INCREASING THE EFFECTIVENESS OF THE DEVELOPMENT OF PROFESSIONALLY IMPORTANT QUALITIES IN STUDENTS

The issue of increasing the effectiveness of training future specialists is quite relevant at present. This training imposes serious demands on both the physical and psychological as well as personal qualities of the students. Such requirements are determined by the increasing competition among employees in all areas of professional activity, as well as the emergence of the latest information and digital technologies, which necessitate the required professional growth to work with them. One of the sections of the discipline "General Physical Training," which is mandatory for all bachelor's and specialist training programs, includes a section that provides for professionally applied physical training (PAPT) for students. In the process of PAPT, the formation of professionally important physical, psychological, and psychophysical qualities of students takes place. The general physical training of students creates prerequisites for a more successful PAPT, which, in turn, is manifested through the productivity and work capacity of the students, as well as through the levels of their physical and functional development. PAPT is implemented through special means, which can be general and individual. The purpose of the study is to find means for the effective development of professionally important qualities of students in the field of training 09.03.02. Research methods. The following diagnostic tools were used in the study: observation; testing using the Stroop method, the "Operational Memory" method, and Sperling's cards; processing and analysis of the obtained results. Research results and conclusions. The obtained results indicate an insufficient level of cognitive thinking development among students and confirm the need to search for new means to develop this professionally important quality, as well as to develop the necessary recommendations for this purpose.

With the development of digitalization and the rapid progress of artificial intelligence (AI), its widespread application encompasses an increasing number of areas of life. Artificial intelligence, as a new interdisciplinary field, has achieved significant success in supporting the development of the sports industry. However, due to the high costs of implementation, this advanced technology has not gained widespread adoption in the field of sports. Alongside this, issues of insufficient guidance in extracurricular sports activities and dependence on mobile devices are becoming increasingly relevant. The purpose of the study is to analyze the theoretical and practical aspects of the application of artificial intelligence in organizing extracurricular sports activities. Research methods: analysis of scientific publications from China and Russia, as well as the personal experience of the authors. Organization of the research. To identify the strengths and weaknesses of modern sports applications using artificial intelligence, a survey was conducted among 100 students. Research results. The potential for deep interaction between university sports and artificial intelligence technologies for the comprehensive development of this field has been considered. Based on the data obtained, recommendations were proposed for improving sports programs using AI, aimed at enhancing students' extracurricular sports activities.

The purpose of the study is to determine the impact of selected exercises and games used in the content of extracurricular activities in tag rugby on the physical development and technical preparedness of younger schoolchildren. Research methods and organization included the following main methods: analysis of scientific and methodological literature, pedagogical observation, survey method in the form of conversation, pedagogical experiment, method of control tests, and mathematical-statistical methods of data processing. The experimental work was carried out at the base of the Municipal Educational Institution "Secondary General Education School No. 28" in the city of Magnitogorsk and involved the planning and conducting of extracurricular activities in tag rugby. Research results and conclusion. The analysis of the obtained data from the control tests, surveys, and observations showed that the use of selected resources in extracurricular activities related to tag rugby contributes to an increase in the level of technical preparedness of schoolchildren, allows for the formation of a stable motivation for systematic engagement in physical culture and sports, which is reflected in the regularity of attendance and responsible preparation for competitions.

The purpose of the study was to assess the effectiveness of using complexes of physical exercises to enhance the functional state of students' bodies. Research methods. The study employed methods of analysis and generalization of scientific and methodological literature, pedagogical experiments, and methods of mathematical statistics. Research results. An improvement was observed in the indicators of the Ruffier test, the Stange test, hand dynamometry, somatometric tests, and the Harvard step test coefficient. Conclusions. The obtained data allow us to conclude about the effectiveness of the developed complexes of physical exercises for improving the functional state of students in physical education classes.

THE IMAGE OF THE USSR AND ITS ATHLETES AT THE 1952 SUMMER OLYMPIC GAMES IN THE SOVIET PERIODICAL PRESS

The purpose of the study is to identify the components and characteristics of the image of the Soviet Union and its athletes based on publications in domestic periodicals. Research methods: the content analysis method was used to systematize publications of periodical print media dedicated to the 1952 Olympic Games. For a more accurate interpretation of the use of specific statements in different texts, the discourse analysis method was employed. Research results and conclusions. Key points contained in the publications of the Soviet central and local periodicals regarding the 1952 Olympic Games have been identified. The main characteristics of the image of the Soviet state and its athletes have been revealed, related not only to achieving high sports results but also to addressing foreign policy objectives in the context of the Cold War. It has been established that the Soviet periodical press, being one of the main sources of information in the early 1950s, was used as an important tool for shaping the image of the USSR as a global sports power in the mass consciousness of citizens.

THE FEATURES OF ATTENTION DEVELOPMENT IN YOUNGER SCHOOLCHILDREN THROUGH THE MEANS OF ACTIVE GAMES

Currently, the difficulties and problems associated with the learning process, caused by the insufficient level of attention development in younger schoolchildren, raise justified concerns among educators and their parents. The purpose of the study is to create and examine pedagogical conditions for the development of attention in younger schoolchildren through the means of physical games. Research methods: analysis of scientific and methodological literature, pedagogical experiment, methods of mathematical statistics. Research results and conclusions. Complexes of physical games aimed at the predominant development of specific attention properties were developed, selected, and adapted, and underwent experimental verification in five general educational institutions with students of the 2nd grade. It has been proven that regular participation in physical games not only enhances motor skills and abilities but also contributes to more productive mental development. At the end of the experiment, the level of various attention characteristics among the younger schoolchildren in the experimental group was statistically higher.

The purpose of the study is to assess the effectiveness of advertising and mass media in promoting physical culture and sports. Research methods: study and analysis of specialized literature and regulatory documents, as well as data from official statistics. Research results and conclusions. The positive dynamics of the number of individuals engaged in physical culture and sports testify to the effectiveness of advertising and mass media in the promotion of physical culture and sports. One of the reasons for this can be attributed to the mass broadcasting of major sporting events in the media. As a result of the study, an unusual advertising strategy has been identified, distinct from the commercial environment, which is primarily focused on advertising in the internet and social media, while advertising in the sports sector mainly relies on television. The obtained results allow for a conclusion regarding the effectiveness of advertising policies and mass media in attracting the population to a healthy lifestyle and systematic engagement in physical exercises and sports.

The purpose of the study is to determine the impact of team sports on the development of social competencies among university students. Research methods and organization. The methods of studying and analyzing specialized literature and regulatory documents, surveys, and mathematical statistics were employed. The research was conducted at Samara State University of Economics. A survey was conducted among students representing various sports teams of the university. Research results and conclusions. A significant positive impact of team sports on the development of key social skills was identified, including communication abilities, emotional intelligence, leadership qualities, and adaptability. Special attention is given to the differentiation of the influence of various sports on the formation of specific competencies, which opens up prospects for optimizing the training process and developing targeted programs for the personal development of student-athletes. The results obtained allow for the conclusion regarding the feasibility of using team sports as an effective tool for the socialization and personal growth of students, and demonstrate the potential of physical culture and sports in the formation of a comprehensively developed personality ready for the challenges of modern society.

EFFECTIVENESS OF COORDINATION TRAINING FOR STUDENTS OF THE FACULTY OF PHYSICAL CULTURE USING SPECIALIZED EXERCISE COMPLEXES

The relevance of the study is determined by the necessity to enhance the coordination abilities of students in the Faculty of Physical Culture to improve their overall physical training and sports achievements. The purpose of the study is to investigate the impact of specialized exercise complexes on the coordination preparedness of students in the Faculty of Physical Culture within the framework of the academic discipline "Gymnastics and Teaching Methodology." Organization of the research. The study involved 60 students. The experimental group performed specialized coordination-oriented exercise complexes for 12 weeks. The control group subjects followed a standard program. To assess coordination abilities, tests for agility, balance, reaction, and movement accuracy were utilized. Research results. At the end of the experiment, the students in the experimental group demonstrated a significant improvement in coordination abilities compared to the control group. The most noticeable improvements were observed in tests for throwing a ball into a hoop, catching a ruler, and jumping with rotation. The average increase in coordination indicators in the experimental group was 4.15%, which is significantly higher than in the control group (1.60%). Conclusions. The inclusion of specialized complexes of coordination-oriented exercises in the educational process contributes to a significant improvement in students' coordination abilities. It is recommended to implement this approach in physical training programs and to continue research to determine long-term effects and optimize methodologies.

The purpose of the study is to assess the application of digital products for evaluating the competencies of students in the Faculty of Physical Culture. Research methods and organization. The study was conducted on the basis of the Department of Theory and Methodology of the State University named after F. Skorina (Gomel, Belarus) with the participation of 150 students majoring in "Physical Culture" and "Sports and Pedagogical Activities." The main focus was on the development of a theoretical model aimed at comprehensive improvement of the educational process. The model encompasses all aspects, from the implementation of digital tools to the personalization of learning. Research results indicate that the use of digital products enhances the objectivity and accuracy of assessments by minimizing subjective factors. Interactive elements and gamification contribute to increased student motivation, making the learning process more engaging. The automation of assessment saves teachers' time and improves the overall efficiency of the educational process. Digital tools possess high adaptability, allowing for the personalization of learning to meet individual student needs, thereby improving material retention and competency development. The transparency and accessibility of data enhance feedback and monitoring of academic performance. Conclusions. The use of digital products contributes to the creation of a more effective and motivating educational environment, thereby improving the quality of education.

DEVELOPMENT OF GAME THINKING BASED ON ENHANCING COGNITIVE ABILITIES IN 9-10 YEAR OLD FOOTBALL PLAYERS

The article presents an algorithm for constructing the structure and content of the author's methodology for game thinking in the process of teaching basic tactical and technical actions of football players. It reveals the content of the modular methodology and the possibilities of integration in assessing the level of development of game thinking using the "Soccer Intelligym" program. The purpose of the study is to scientifically substantiate the methodology for the development of game thinking within the framework of teaching technical and tactical actions to football players of 9-10 years old for their application in competitive activities. Research methods and organization. The following research methods were used: theoretical analysis and synthesis of literary sources; survey (questionnaire); design; testing; pedagogical experiment; methods of mathematical statistics; pedagogical observation. The control and experimental groups consisted of students of the football club “Zenit – Admiralteysky” (born in 2012/2013). All stages of the study were carried out from 2020 to 2023. The main stages of the research were the direct testing of the author's methodology and the formation of the results of the pedagogical experiment. Research results and conclusions. Modern trends in training tactical and technical actions in the sports training of football players of various age groups have been identified. The structure and content of an experimental modular methodology have been developed. The interrelationship between the personal level of development of speed-strength abilities and the degree of mastery of various technical-tactical actions with the level of development of game thinking and cognitive abilities has been determined. Evidence of the effective application of an isolated form of training session is provided, exemplified by the dynamics of indicators: "dribbling, passing" - speed-strength - cognitive abilities.

INDIVIDUALIZATION OF PHYSICAL LOAD IN PREACTIVATION TRAINING AND TARGETED DIRECTION OF EDUCATIONAL-TRAINING SESSION IN FOOTBALL

The article examines the options for algorithms for calculating physical load in football during the use of various targeted training devices in preactivation training, taking into account an individualized approach. The purpose of the study is to develop and justify a methodology for individual educational-training sessions of a preliminary preactivation direction for qualified football players, based on their morphofunctional characteristics. Research methods and organization. The research methods applied were theoretical analysis and summarization of literary sources; survey (questionnaire); design; testing; bioimpedancemetry; functional movement assessment (FMS); pedagogical experiment; methods of mathematical statistics. The research was conducted in four stages from 2020 to 2023 with the university's football team "Inter-Lesgaft". Research results and conclusions. The significance of applying modern diagnostic methods for assessing the functional state in the training process of qualified football players is confirmed by the need for an objective evaluation of their functional state, which allows for the individualization of the training process in terms of preparation for targeted loads. A structure and content for preliminary preactivation training using various types of simulators have been developed. It has been proven that the application of the developed methodology contributes to the reduction of imbalances in body composition and the functions of the musculoskeletal system, as well as the stabilization of speed-strength performance indicators.

ANALYTICAL REVIEW OF STRUCTURAL-FUNCTIONAL AND PEDAGOGICAL MODELS OF INDIVIDUALIZATION OF TRAINING IN THE SPRINT CRAWL

The purpose of the study is to determine the results of the influence of 5 models of individualized training on the performance of sprint crawl swimmers of various ages, genders, and qualifications. Research methods and organization. Theoretical analysis of psychological and pedagogical literature, analysis of individual training programs for swimmers, summarization of pedagogical research results, and methods of mathematical statistics were employed. The research was conducted from September 2022 to July 2023 at the sports club "Raduga" in Saint Petersburg. Research results and conclusions. During the year-long study, a positive impact of updated training on the final results of athletes was identified, indicating the presence of hidden capabilities and potential for their growth. The obtained results allow for the recommendation of such innovations in the training process of sprint crawl swimmers at various levels of national teams and clubs.

DETERMINATION OF THE PERFORMANCE SKILLS’ LEVEL OF THE WORLD AND RUSSIAN WOMEN’S GYMNASTICS LEADERS ON THE BALANCE BEAM AT THE END OF THE OLYMPIC CYCLE 2022–2024

The purpose of the study – determination of the exercises content’s components and the level of performing skills on the balance beam among the leaders of world gymnastics in comparison with Russian female gymnasts in the 2024 Olympic year. Research methods and organization: the methods of analysis and generalization of the main competitions results at the end of the Olympic cycle – the 2023 World Championships, the 2024 Continental Championships and Olympic Games, the 2024 Russian Championships and Cup of Russia; expert assessment and refereeing of the main All-Russian tournaments; statistical processing of the received materials were used. Research results and conclusions. In the course of the study, it was determined that the gymnasts’ performances results in the balance beam final at the Paris Olympics turned out to be the least predictable. The female gymnast with the highest E-score (Execution) became the champion, losing to potential leaders in the D-score (Difficulty). Russian female gymnasts in conditions of international isolation do not lag far behind the world leaders in both of these scores.

EVALUATION OF THE CONTINENTAL REPRESENTATION OF FINALISTS IN WORLD-CLASS ATHLETICS COMPETITIONS

The purpose of the study is to determine the continental representation of finalists in the Olympic Games and World Championships in various specializations of athletics throughout the entire period of these competitions from 1896 to 2024. Research methods and organization. A statistical analysis of the results of official reports from World Athletics for the period from 1896 to 2024 was conducted, which included 33 Olympics and 19 World Championships in athletics. The continental composition and the separate representation of American athletes among the top 8 results in each event were determined. Research results and conclusions. According to the conducted study, there is a clear dominance of European athletes in all technical events and walking, while representatives from North America lead in sprinting and hurdle races, and representatives from the African continent have a high success rate in middle and long-distance running. Asian athletes demonstrate their best results in walking competitions, long-distance running, and women's throwing events, while representatives from Australia and Oceania excel in walking, women's jumping, and throwing events. The weakest development of athletics is observed in South America. The favorites in all athletic competitions, except for walking, are the USA, whose athletes were represented in the finals of the Olympic Games and World Championships by 14.5%.

THE FACTOR OF COHESION FOR ACHIEVING SUCCESS IN TEAM COMPETITIONS OF FENCERS AT THE STAGE OF SPORTS SPECIALIZATION

The purpose of the study is to enhance the level of group cohesion among the sabre fencers by implementing a set of special activities (means) into the educational and training process. Research methods and organization: methods of analysis and generalization of scientific and methodological literature, surveys, pedagogical experiments, and methods of mathematical statistics were employed. Sixteen sabre fencers participated in the study. In the first stage, the initial level of group cohesion and other sociological parameters characterizing the system of intra-group relations were assessed. The group sociometric status, indicating the degree of cohesion of the group, was determined using the sociometric method. In the second stage of the research, a pedagogical experiment was conducted. The experimental group utilized a set of tools aimed at fostering team formation to achieve success in both individual and team fencing competitions. The other group of fencers, the control group, trained according to the sports training program for fencing with the same volume of educational and training sessions, where measures to enhance collective team cohesion were applied only within the framework of the regulatory document. Research results and conclusions. The application of the entire complex of special pedagogical tools aimed at developing group actions of young athletes and their joint (team) interests has led to reliable positive outcomes, manifested in an increase in the indicators of cohesion, the desire to train, and satisfaction with the training process. Another confirmation of the effectiveness of the application of the complex of pedagogical measures and specially organized activities for the organization of joint team activities of young athletes was the results of competitive activities, which is important as it allows for the intensification of the process of improving technical skills and combat actions in fencing in the future.

The purpose of the study is to develop a methodology for improving the execution technique of the "SYNCHRONIZED SPIN" element in synchronized figure skating at the stage of elite sports mastery. The pedagogical experiment was conducted on a synchronized figure skating team with control testing before and after the experiment and the implementation of the developed methodology for improving the execution technique of spins in synchronized figure skating at the stage of elite sports mastery through the visualization of the performance of 6 preparatory exercises and repetitions of the "SYNCHRONIZED SPIN" element. Research results and conclusions. The obtained data demonstrated the effectiveness of using visualization of preparatory exercises in the training process of synchronized skating athletes at the stage of elite sports mastery when improving the technique of performing the element "SYNCHRONIZED SPIN." It has been concluded that the developed methodology works successfully, as confirmed by the results of competitive activities.

The modern sport of orienteering is a type of sport in which achieving a high result requires a comprehensive manifestation of special physical, technical, tactical, and intellectual preparedness. The purpose of the study is to establish the characteristics of the competitive activities of elite athletes specializing in cross-country orienteering. Research methods and organization: study and analysis of the competitive activities of orienteering athletes at the World Cup stages from 2022 to 2024. Based on the method of cartography, the parameters of competitive distances were studied, evaluating the effective running speed, distance elongation coefficient, and the time of the winner and prize-winners at each start. Research results and conclusions. It has been established that the technical and tactical components of competitive activities in orienteering running objectively reflect the geomorphological features of the terrain and the length of the courses. The identified patterns allow for effective planning of the training process, based on informative indicators that characterize the relationship between results at individual distances and overall competitive achievements. The obtained factual data allow for the conclusion that special attention should be paid to enhancing the effectiveness of cross-training in the training process, which can become a reserve for further growth in sports results.

STUDY OF THE INFLUENCE OF SPECIFIC INTERVAL TRAINING ON THE INDICATORS OF PHYSICAL AND COMPETITIVE READINESS OF JUDO WRESTLERS

The purpose of the study is to study the impact of four-week judo-specific high-intensity interval training (HIIT) on certain indicators of special physical and competitive preparedness of judo wrestlers. Research methods and organization. Judo wrestlers (Group A) utilized HIIT with a work-to-rest ratio of 2:1. Group B employed HIIT with a ratio of 3:1. Indicators of special physical and competitive readiness were assessed using the SJFT and PotAS evaluation methods. Research results and conclusions. Significant differences were found in the values of SJFT and PotAS in favor of judo wrestlers who used HIIT 2:1. The use of 4-week judo-specific HIIT 2:1 in the training practice of judo athletes may be advisable for improving competitive results in judo.

THE PROGRAM OF STRENGTH AND CONDITIONING TRAINING FOR PROFESSIONAL MIXED MARTIAL ARTS ATHLETES

The purpose of the study is the experimental justification and development of a program aimed at enhancing the strength and conditioning readiness for fights among professional MMA athletes. Organization of the research. 24 professional mixed martial arts fighters underwent two different strength and conditioning training programs over a period of 12 weeks. Research results. It was established that the strength and conditioning training of professional mixed martial arts athletes is divided into two blocks – the off-season (preparatory period) and the training camp (competitive period). The application of the experimental program on professional mixed martial arts fighters revealed a significant impact on indicators of strength endurance and maximum strength. Conclusions. A positive correlation was established between the characteristics of strength and conditioning preparedness and the technical-tactical indicators of the fighters. The effectiveness of technical-tactical actions increased by 27.1%, and the reliability of defensive actions increased by 13.6%.

The purpose of the study is to determine the algorithm for developing standards for the testing (tests) of the All-Russian Physical Culture and Sports Complex "Ready for Labor and Defense" for individuals with Down syndrome. Regulatory legal documents of the Russian Federation in the field of physical culture and sports of high achievements, scientific articles on the developmental characteristics of individuals with Down syndrome and the manifestation of their physical abilities have been analyzed. The experience of the authors-developers of the testing (tests) standards of the All-Russian Physical Culture and Sports Complex for people with disabilities and individuals with limited health capabilities has been studied. Research results and conclusions. An algorithm "Determination of corrected coefficients (handicap)" has been identified for the further development of specific standards for the testing (tests) of the All-Russian Physical Culture and Sports Complex "Ready for Labor and Defense" for individuals with Down syndrome. A comparative analysis of world records in various disciplines in the sports of individuals with intellectual disabilities (classes IN-1 and IN-2) has been conducted. Significant differences in the sports achievements of individuals with intellectual disabilities and individuals with Down syndrome have been identified.

The purpose of the study is to theoretically develop and experimentally substantiate a set of exercises for the development of speed abilities in sledge hockey players. Research methods and organization. The methods of analysis and generalization of scientific and methodological literature, formative pedagogical experiment, and methods of mathematical processing of experimental data were used. The developed set of exercises and tests was tested in the training process of the sledge hockey team "SKA-Strela." Research results and conclusions. The features of the development of speed abilities in sledge hockey have been identified, and the theoretical aspects of the development of speed abilities in sports in general and among athletes with musculoskeletal disorders have been described. The principles of designing training sessions aimed at developing speed in sledge hockey players, taking into account the specifics of the sport, have been considered. Exercises for development and tests for assessing the speed abilities of sledge hockey players have been presented. The results of the pedagogical experiment proved the effectiveness of the developed exercise complexes for the development of speed abilities in sledge hockey players, demonstrated in the team "SKA-Strela" in the past season 2023/2024.

The purpose of the study is to identify the significance of physical culture for the social adaptation of individuals with intellectual disabilities. Research methods and organization. The study utilized methods of analysis and generalization of scientific and methodological literature, surveys, and methods of mathematical statistics. The survey was conducted in correctional boarding schools of the VIII type, as well as in higher educational institutions in the city of Ufa. The survey involved specialists in adaptive physical culture, as well as specialists working with children with intellectual disabilities (teachers, coaches, psychologists, defectologists), totaling 20 participants. Research results and conclusions. It has been revealed that engaging in physical culture and sports influences the personality development of individuals with intellectual disabilities. The majority of respondents indicated that a comprehensive impact on cognitive abilities, communication skills, willpower, and emotional-sensory spheres through physical culture is an effective way to form a proper behavioral stereotype, which in turn helps individuals with intellectual disabilities adapt to society. It has been noted that the modern realities of society require the search for new ways to develop the physical culture of the individual, which will allow for the establishment of a positive behavioral stereotype, prevent the manifestation of deviant behavior, and provide individuals with intellectual disabilities with a correct life orientation.

The purpose of the study is to study the changes in the characteristics of the overall physical fitness of younger school-aged children engaged in jumping. The objectives of the research are to develop the content of physical education and health training for children aged 7-11 based on fitness jumping activities; to conduct measurements of the overall physical fitness of children aged 7-11 and identify possible changes under the influence of jumping. Research methods and organization: analysis of scientific literature; survey; control tests. The study involved 38 children aged 7-11 who participated in fitness clubs in Krasnodar; the experiment lasted six months. Research results. A program for physical and health-related activities with children aged 7-11 years in jumping has been proposed, addressing educational tasks related to teaching jumping techniques on mini trampolines, health-related tasks focused on the development of physical qualities and body systems, and educational tasks aimed at forming moral, volitional, and intellectual abilities. The monitoring of the physical fitness of the participants showed a high degree of improvement in strength, agility, and endurance among the children in the experimental group. Conclusions. The pedagogical potential of jumping training, taking into account the characteristics of younger school-age children, has proven effective in developing physical qualities and enhancing their overall level of preparedness compared to other fitness technologies. ANALYSIS OF ANTHROPOMETRIC INDICATORS OF SITTING VOLLEYBALL PLAYERS

The purpose of the study is to analyze the anthropometric indicators of sitting volleyball players. Research methods and organization. Eight male athletes with disabilities (average age 39.4±4.5 years) engaged in sitting volleyball participated in the study. The testing included the assessment of linear anthropometric indicators. Statistical analysis methods were used to process the obtained data, which allowed for the establishment of relationships between anthropometric characteristics. Research results showed the presence of correlational dependencies between certain anthropometric parameters, such as arm and leg length, which significantly influence the success of gameplay actions. The importance of considering these characteristics in the construction of the training process and the selection of playing positions has also been confirmed. Conclusion. It is recommended that specialists working with sitting volleyball players take into account the anthropometric characteristics of the athletes when designing the training process. This allows for the inclusion of complexes of special exercises aimed at improving movement techniques and enhancing the level of physical qualities development.

This study examines methods to enhance the effectiveness of English language learning among students of medical universities. It analyzes the implementation of innovative pedagogical approaches combined with the use of visual aids that increase the productivity of English language learning in the profession (ESP). The purpose of the study is to identify effective teaching methods in medical universities. Research methods. The method of enhancing the role of the teacher as a key element in the successful teaching of English through ESP in medical education is employed, thereby ensuring a deeper interaction between theory and the practical needs of students. Research results. The experimental data demonstrated a significant improvement in students' language skills, particularly in the areas of listening and speaking, as well as an increase in their level of engagement and satisfaction with the learning process. Through the development of opportunities for both individual and collaborative learning, students were able to assimilate the material more deeply and meaningfully. Conclusions. The results of the study determine the importance of interdisciplinary connections and contextual learning focused on fundamental medical disciplines such as anatomy, physiology, pharmacology, and others, as well as the necessity for continuous professional development of English language instructors in medical universities. In this regard, plans for practical classes are provided, which facilitate the assimilation of lexical and grammatical material, emphasizing the influence of the medical context on the understanding of the English language by medical students. The essence of which is to create a computer program in a programming language, in a limited time, which solves the tasks assigned to athletes in a certain segment of the IT industry. The experiment involved first-year students specializing in digital technologies in economics and digital marketing (Samara State University of Economics), who studied elements of programming in their classes and attended a sports programming section. The purpose of the study is to develop and justify a comprehensive model aimed at enhancing the digital competencies of future educators, taking into account the requirements for ensuring information security in the educational environment. The analysis, generalization, and systematization of scientific studies, along with personal experience in practical activities in the field of developing digital competencies among future educators, have shown that issues of information security remain insufficiently addressed. THE DIDACTIC COMPLEXITY ASSESSMENT OF EDUCATIONAL TEXTS ON BIOMECHANICS

The purpose of the study is to develop a method for assessing the didactic complexity of educational texts on biomechanics, based on the consideration of their structural and semantic features, and to test it in practice. Research methods include the analysis of scientific and methodological literature, the creation of a computer program in ABCPascal, content analysis of educational texts using computer programs, and the use of online resources to measure text parameters. Research results. The problem of assessing the didactic complexity of texts on biomechanics has been analyzed, which can be found as a product of their structural and semantic complexities. A method has been proposed that involves verbal coding of formulas and illustrations, followed by the application of a computer program that identifies scientific terms and summarizes their complexities. An assessment of didactic complexity, volume, and information compression coefficient has been conducted on five text fragments containing formulas and illustrations. Conclusions. The developed method has scientific novelty and practical significance: the results of its application allow for the comparison of various elements of educational material based on didactic complexity, which is important for the creation of textbooks and educational-methodological aids in biomechanics, for the development of new tests, and for the assessment of student responses.

INTEGRATION OF PSYCHOLOGICAL AND PHYSIOLOGICAL APPROACHES IN TRAINING

The purpose of the study is to analyze the influence of psychological and physiological approaches, tools, and methods in the system of integral training of athletes. The attention of scientists is focused on the processes of cognitive assessment of athletes, emotion management, and stress coping strategies used by athletes. The relevance of the topic emphasizes the necessity of integrating psychological and physiological approaches in the training of athletes to optimize results in a competitive environment. Research methods. The study employed theoretical research methods, surveys, analysis of literary data, J. Taylor's "Measurement of Anxiety Level," adapted by V. G. Norikadze; T. Holmes and R. Rahe's "Stress Resistance and Stress Adaptation"; and the symptomatic questionnaire by A. Volkov and N. Vodopyanova "Well-being in Extreme Situations." Research results. In the assessment and correction of mental disorders, key factors were identified, and prevailing sources of stress were examined, along with methods for measuring stress resilience in athletes. The authors indicated that the results of the indicators cannot be considered as manometric, as different individuals may respond differently to the same situation due to varying physiological systems. Conclusions were drawn that the integration of psychological and physiological approaches in athlete training optimizes outcomes. The use of a wide range of psychological tools and techniques, tailored to the individual characteristics and psychosomatic nature of each athlete, directly influences the development of personal qualities necessary for overcoming anxiety and stress in sports competitions.

The article examines gender conflicts in educational institutions, as well as mediation as an effective method for resolving such disputes. The purpose of the study is to justify the necessity of integrating mediation technologies into the educational process. Research methods and organization: theoretical analysis of scientific literature, sociological survey of high school students. The study involved 58 high school students aged 16 to 19; the gender composition of the sample: 41% male respondents and 59% female. Research results. During the study of the potential of mediation for resolving gender conflicts in the educational environment, it was found that this method of dispute resolution is the most effective for high school students and also helps to develop qualities beneficial for adult life. Conclusions. Further research on this topic should be based on the analysis of specific cases within the framework of working with gender conflicts in the educational environment through mediation.

Данные файлы позволяют Сайту распознавать устройство Пользователя. 8. Субъект персональных данных вправе запретить своему оборудованию прием этих данных или ограничить прием этих данных. При отказе от получения таких данных или при ограничении приема данных некоторые функции Сайта могут работать некорректно. Субъект персональных данных обязуется сам настроить свое оборудование таким способом, чтобы оно обеспечивало адекватный его желаниям режим работы и уровень защиты данных файлов «cookie», Оператор не предоставляет технологических и правовых консультаций на темы подобного характера.

9. Порядок уничтожения персональных данных при достижении цели их обработки или при наступлении иных законных оснований определяется Оператором в соответствии с законодательством Российской Федерации.
