膝关节透明软骨损伤切除及骨手术治疗的结果

论证。创伤性和退行性软骨组织损伤最常发生在骨科医生的实践中,但治疗的成功仍然有限。
目的是分析使用清创术和骨手术技术对膝关节透明软骨创伤和退行性损伤患者的手术治疗结果,并考虑手术干预后的时间。
材料与方法。统计分析了223例膝关节透明软骨外伤性退行性损伤患者的治疗结果。2009年至2019年,在The S.M. Kirov Military Medical Academy的军事创伤骨科临床应用损伤区清创及骨切开技术(隧道化、微骨折)对患者进行手术治疗。这项研究是基于使用KOOS和LKSS问卷调查患者期间获得的数据。
结果。术后随访1—4年效果良好的患者比例显著高于术后随访4—8年及8年以上的患者比例(p=0.004)。手术切除组和不同骨手术技术组之间的治疗结果无显著差异。
结论。对于关节软骨损伤患者,手术后1-4年切除及骨手术治疗透明软骨缺损技术简单,可取得良好效果。无论采用何种治疗方法,4—8年治疗效果均有恶化,术后8年以上患者恶化更为明显。
