Abstract
A method has been developed for the formation of diverse, full–fledged, preventive for most chronic non-communicable diseases – the main causes of death, geroprotective weekly diets using the linear optimization procedure and numerical experiment. Based on this method, a prototype of a diet for healthy and preventive nutrition that meets the dietary requirements and regulations of the Russian Federation is proposed. The usefulness of the nutrient composition of the diet is achieved without the use of dietary supplements, but with the mandatory inclusion of sprouted grains in the diet. The prototype is a set of food for one person for a week. Based on it, the user can easily make complete personal diets without using computer optimization procedures.
