Аннотация
Анализируя практику корпоративного Форсайта, автор раскрывает как общие принципы его внутренней организации (этапы процесса, стандартный набор применяемых методов), так и особенности его использования в ТНК, которые действуют в различных по динамике и характеру изменений секторах мировой экономики. В заключении обобщены подходы к оценке комплексного влияния Форсайта на эффективность ключевых направлений стратегического управления компаниями. Автор приходит к выводу, что корпоративный Форсайт становится одним из ключевых механизмов в новой архитектуре управления транснациональным бизнесом и способствует адаптации к непредсказуемым трансформациям конкурентной среды и долгосрочному укреплению позиций на динамично меняющихся глобальных рынках.
