3-Aroylpyrrolo[2,1-c][1,4]benzoxazine-1,2,4-triones reacted with 2,3-dihydrofuran and 3,4-dihydro-2H-pyran to give mixtures of the corresponding hetero-Diels–Alder and Michael addition products.
