Abstract

5-(Benzylamino)-exo-3-azatricyclo[5.2.1.02,6]decan-4-one derivatives were synthesized in up to 94% yield by condensation of norbornane-fused 3-aminopyrrolidin-2-one with aromatic aldehydes.
