Resumo

Oat lines (A. sativa) are studied in long and short photoperiods. Fast-ripening low-sensitive and late-ripening sensitive forms of this culture, differing for photoperiodic sensitivity genes, were selected from the hybrid population. The effect of short photoperiods on economically valuable traits is established. The long flag leaf sheath and high relative content of chlorophyll contributed to increased panicle productivity in oat lines.
