论证。由于新冠状病毒感染(COVID-19)的传播以及为防止其传播而采取的限制性措施,医疗机构的组织和工作发生了变化。在创伤中心和医院,建立了创伤患者住院新规,限制计划患者住院,并引入了新型冠状病毒感染的患者检查,对受伤儿童的家长进行筛查,远程会诊,分配无COVID-19地区重复门诊。门诊和住院部门的组织和功能的新条件会影响儿童损伤的情况。
目的是比较分析在遏制新冠病毒感染(COVID-19)传播的限制措施期间寻求医疗帮助的儿童的伤害水平和性质,以及上一年同期的伤害率。
材料与方法。对3820名0至17岁患者进行了病史数据分析。患者于2020年3月16日至2020年5月31日以及2019年同期到圣彼得堡国家预算卫生机构St. Mary Magdalene Children’s City Hospital №2的市外科和创伤门诊中心就诊。
结果。2019年的主要伤害投诉数量为2851名,而2020年同期为969名。总体而言,在2020年的研究期间,伤害水平比2019年同期下降了66%。尽管2020年研究期间损伤水平总体下降,但骨骼肌系统损伤结构中肢骨骨折的比例为35%,2019年超过同一指标(p = 0.004, 标准÷2)。2020年,街道公路伤害水平下降了83%(p < 0.0001),而国内伤害增加了61%(p < 0.0001),交通伤害增加了47%(p < 0.0001)。
结论。研究发现,大流行的爆发与儿童城市第二医院创伤中心就诊次数的减少以及不同原因造成的损伤结构的变化之间存在关联。这可能与限制措施、改用远程学习、禁止有组织的体育活动和减少使用操场有关。本文的信息对于规划卫生当局的工作和在未来发生大流行情况时分配资源是有用的。
