腹侧干预在主动性骨生长患者特发性脊柱侧凸手术中的作用评估

论证。目前特发性脊柱侧凸患者在骨生长活跃期的手术治疗策略问题仍然悬而未决,即由于现代背侧矫治器的出现,需要进行腹侧干预。
目的-评价腹侧干预在进行性特发性Lenke 1-3型脊柱侧凸患者积极骨生长期手术治疗中的作用。
材料与方法。手术治疗352例10-14岁持续活跃生长和进行性特发性Lenke 1-3型脊柱侧凸患者的结果。1998年至2018年在新西伯利亚创伤与骨科科学研究所(以N.I.Ya.L.Tsivyan命名)使用各种技术进行手术。
结果。年龄在10-14岁的1-3型Lenke特发性脊柱侧凸患者(352人)中,采用椎板钩 (钩形)固定术矫正畸形的患者术后进展具有统计学意义。同时,腹侧期的额外传导不能阻止术后畸形的发展。那些进行了腹侧联合杂合固定和全椎弓根固定的组中,术后无明显进展。
结论。现代移植前系统缩短了外科治疗中进一步动员和稳定腹系干预的证据在积极的骨生长期。总的移植固定提供了良好的基本弧和抗弯弧的修正,在没有进步的斜坡变形到遥远的距离手术后的观察时间。
