论证。骨组织广泛损伤的重建是骨科和创伤学的热点问题之一。尤其严重的是,在儿童患者骨组织缺乏的情况下,骨组织的修复问题。
目的是根据文献资料分析儿童广泛性骨损伤的现代外科治疗方法。
材料与方法。本文对广泛性骨缺损的外科治疗方法进行了综述。通过关键词在PubMed、ScienceDirect、eLibrary、GoogleScholar数据库中搜索2005年至2020年期间的文献。确定了105个国外来源和37个国内来源。排除后,对56篇文章进行了分析,所有提交的作品都是最近15年发表的。
结果。替换骨缺损的金标准仍然是使用自体移植,包括使用血管蒂技术。各种类型的异种骨组织移植和同种异体骨组织移植正日益被各种合成植入物所取代。
结论。迄今为止,对于广泛性骨缺损的手术治疗还没有单一的普遍接受的标准。使用具有轴向血液供应的组织工程骨植入物手术治疗广泛骨组织缺损的选择似乎非常有趣和有希望。
