The comparative estimation of results of cesarean section in 269 puerperas depending on suture material and peritonization method is given. Catgut and resolved suture material vicril (polyglactin 910) werw used for trachelorrhaphy. Peritonization was performed traditionally and using laser “welding” surure of the peritoneum. The minimum number of complications is revealed in the group where uterus integrity was recovered using vicril suture in combination with laser photocoagulation of the peritoneum.
