Abstract
Currently, in the treatment of some forms of chronic kidney disease and chronic renal failure is used method of intensive detoxification therapy - extracorporeal hemocarboperfusion (hemosorption). Of particular interest is the use of hemocarboperfusion in diabetic patients with diabetic nephromicroangiopathy, which is known to be one of the most serious complications of the underlying disease. Existing treatments (angioprotectors, disaggregants, anticoagulants, anabolic steroids, oxygenobarone therapy, hemodialysis) can not stop the progression of diabetic nephromycoangiopathy and are not effective in the development of chronic renal failure.
