Abstract
The experience of two-stage treatment (hospital - outpatient clinic) of 314 bacillary patients with hyperchronic fibrous-cavernous pulmonary tuberculosis with severe concomitant diseases is generalized. At the outpatient stage, 4 organizational forms of chemotherapy were used. In all cases, treatment was performed using an intermittent controlled method. The total duration of chemotherapy at both stages ranged from 5 to 24 months. As a result of treatment, cessation of bacillus excretion was achieved in 73.5% of patients, healing of decay cavities - in 16.3% - Side effects at the outpatient stage of treatment, when drugs are prescribed every other day, were observed almost one and a half times less often than with daily treatment in a hospital.
