Abstract
In order to clarify the nature of the tissue articular blood flow in deforming osteoarthritis and determine the results of therapeutic action with intraarticular injection of heparin, we studied clinical data in 22 patients with primary diarthritis. The age of the patients ranged from 40 to 76 years. Among the 39 treated joints, stage I of the process was diagnosed in 43.6% of patients, stage II - in 38.5% and stage III - in 17.9% of patients. The diagnosis was made on the basis of the results of the general clinical examination.
