Abstract
In the blood of chronic alcoholics during the period of abstinence, enzymes of the contact phase of coagulation are activated. Kallikreins appear and the activity of contact prekallikreins decreases. In patients who have completed the course of detoxification and anti-alcohol therapy, the activity of kallikreins decreases, and in the period of remission, which lasts about a year, it normalizes.
