Abstract
The tactics of combined examination of patients for the choice of pathogenetic therapy is developed. Using this tactics neuroendocrininic syndromes suggesting functional disorders in hypothalamohypophysialoovarian system are revealed in 90 women being registered. These disorders as well as overview roentgenograph of the skull, increased serotonin level, decreased level, of adrenalin and norepinephrine are indicative of central genesis of mastopathy development. The treatment included the use of parlodel, L-DOFA, central electroanalgesia. Menstrual and reproductive functions were reduced in the majority of patients and mastopathies were cured
