Abstract

As our observations show, after resection of the bladder, relapses occur in 62.5% of patients in the first 1-2 years (E. N. Sitdykov, 1969). Cystectomy gives more encouraging results. In recent years, the combination of an operative method of treatment with chemotherapy has gained increasing recognition.
