Abstract
We have studied the effectiveness of continuous treatment of patients with syphilis with penicillin and bicillin based on long-term results. The patients under our supervision were divided into 2 groups depending on the total dose of antibiotics. Patients 1st group received the total doses of penicillin and bicillin-3 according to the syphilis treatment regimens approved by the USSR Ministry of Health in 1962, patients of the 2nd group - in a slightly reduced total dosage.
