Abstract
The effect of gestosis pathogenetic therapy on oxygen metabolism of polymorphonuclear leukocytes of peripheric blood is studied. Enterosorbents, cell membranes stabilizer and eubiotics are used as therapeutic agents. The partial normalization of oxygen metabolism of leukocytes: the decrease of spontaneous chemoluminescence by 50—70% in the presence of treatment and induced chemoluminescence by 20—25% in comparison with initial level before treatment are shown. The direct correlation of this characteristic with clinical picture shows the possibility of its use as an objective laboratory criterion of the therapy efficacy.
