Registration and login are required for submitting items online, and for checking the status of current submissions.

 

Author Guidelines

The Eurasian Journal of Life Sciences publishes original research articles, reviews, and letters to the editor on topics related to healthcare.

Only original works that have not been previously published, including those in another language, are accepted for consideration.

Formatting guide

Article checklist (necessary requirements)

  1. Mixed authorship team including representatives from Russia and China involved in joint research
  2. File format (excluding illustrations): .doc or .docx
  3. Language of publication: English
  4. Line spacing: 1.5; Font size for main text: 12 pt
  5. Article title: no more than 20 words
  6. List of authors and their affiliations
  7. Author information: last name, first name, middle name (if applicable)
  8. Affiliation information: institution name, address including country, city, postal code
  9. Additional information for corresponding author: email, address
  10. Article abstract: 200-250 words maximum
  11. Keywords: 5-8 keywords not directly mentioned in the manuscript title
  12. Article length: no more than 30,000 characters including spaces (excluding references)
  13. Statement on compliance with ethical standards in research and publication
  14. Data availability statement
  15. Conflict of interest: All authors must disclose any relationships (financial or personal) that could influence their work on the article
  16. Information about financial support for the manuscript
  17. List of abbreviations
  18. References should be numbered consecutively in the order they appear in the text. All references cited in the text must be listed and cited with corresponding numbers. Use superscript Arabic numerals for citations.
  19. Author contributions: All authors must specify their contributions according to the CRediT (Contributor Roles Taxonomy) statement
  20. Author information: academic degrees, titles, positions, workplaces, ORCID
  21. References (AMA style)
  22. All submitted figures must be original work by the author(s). Manuscripts should contain no more than 8 figures and tables combined. Figures should be in the highest possible resolution (minimum 300 dpi). All color figures will be published in color.

The Editorial Board reserve the right to shorten and correct articles, change the design of graphs, figures and tables to bring them in line with the standard of the journal, without changing the meaning of the information provided.

All submitted articles are subject to plagiarism screening. In the event of excessive self-citation and/or inappropriate borrowing, the editors will act in accordance with the Committee on Publication Ethics (COPE) recommendations, as detailed in the following link: https://publicationethics.org

Disclaimer: all data regarding authors' names, geographical names and territorial jurisdiction are published exactly as they were submitted without changes by editorial office.

 

 

Submission Preparation Checklist

As part of the submission process, authors are required to check off their submission's compliance with all of the following items, and submissions may be returned to authors that do not adhere to these guidelines.

  1. The manuscripts are accepted if has not been published or submitted for publication elsewhere.

  2. The materials should be prepared in a format OpenOffice, Microsoft Word, RTF, or World Perfect.

  3. Internet links are provided as a complete URL. 

  4. Text should be typed with an interval of one and a half line spacing, font Times New Roman, 14 pt; to highlight the accents it is recommended to use italics rather than underlining (except Internet links). All images, graphics and tables are placed within the text according to the meaning of the particular part of text  (and not at the end of the document).

  5. Text should follow the stylistic and bibliography requirements as stated in  Regulations  located in the Part "About Us." 

  6. Please, remove the authors' names from the title of the article and other parts of the document to ensure the  anonymity of reviewing.

  • Privacy Statement

    Specified when registering the names and addresses will be used solely for technical purposes of a contact with the Author or reviewers (editors) when preparing the article for publication. Private data will not be shared with other individuals and organizations.

Authors who publish with this journal agree to the following terms:

  1. Authors retain copyright and grant the journal right of first publication with the work simultaneously licensed under a Creative Commons Attribution License that allows others to share the work with an acknowledgement of the work's authorship and initial publication in this journal.
  2. Authors are able to enter into separate, additional contractual arrangements for the non-exclusive distribution of the journal's published version of the work (e.g., post it to an institutional repository or publish it in a book), with an acknowledgement of its initial publication in this journal.
  3. Authors are permitted and encouraged to post their work online (e.g., in institutional repositories or on their website) prior to and during the submission process, as it can lead to productive exchanges, as well as earlier and greater citation of published work (See The Effect of Open Access).
