Vietnam through the eyes of Russian and Vietnamese scientists

The article provides an overview of three scientific events in April 2023 dedicated to Vietnam: an international scientific seminar on “Vietnam – the new economic miracle of Asia?” held by the Center of Russian Strategy in Asia of the Institute of Economics of the Russian Academy of Sciences together with the Department of World Economy of the SPbSU; VII session of the XXXII International Scientific Congress on Sourcing and Historiography of Asian and African Countries in SPbSU and Scientific Conference «Vietnam in the Conditions of World Turbulence: Politics, Economy and Society», held within the VIII Day of Vietnam in MGIMO RF MFA. The article gives a brief description of the reports presented at these events.
