Resumo
The article analyzes the role and potential of international law in the field of information security of the UN member states and regional integration associations. The author highlights the fact, that modern international law is not able to fully protect human right to freedom of speech and information security on the global scale, but can only counter certain cyber threats and challenges, as well as to some extent, cybercrime and cyberterrorism.
