This article is devoted to the analysis of ideological determinants and the study of the main mechanisms of the implementation of Turkey’s humanitarian policy in the last three years. Despite the objective difficulties associated with the COVID-19 pandemic, Turkey has been able to strengthen its influence on the international arena, gaining a leading position as the humanitarian aid donor.

The article deals with the specifics of diplomatic representation activities in countries which faced coup d’etat and military coup d’etat. The study focuses on the frustrated military coup d’etat in Spain (1981) and coup d’etat in Ukraine (2014). Both cases comparison allows to evaluate international consequences and their impact on these states’ relations with USSR (RF) as well as diplomatic activities’ general specifics in crisis situations and post-crises period.

This article deals with energy parts of German parliamentary parties’ election programs. In GFR this question is intertwined with the problem of climate change and is determined by the EU Green Deal measures. In frameworks of turning into climate neutral continent Europe should carry out energy transition increasing the role of renewable energy sources in the EU member states’ electricity generation. The main aim of this study is to analyze and compare the main German political powers’ attitudes of energy policy.

Challenges and Threats of Ukrainian Militarism for the National Security of Modern Russia
Resumo
The article studies the militarization of the foreign and domestic policy of post-Soviet Ukraine. The formation of the national-state model of Ukrainian militarism in the period 1991-2022 is substantiated. The article analyzes the ideological and political prerequisites of Ukrainian militarism and its relationship with various extremist ideological doctrines. The stages of militarization of the Ukrainian state are considered, on the basis of which the conclusion is made about the formation of new challenges and threats to the national security of modern Russia. The necessity of conceptual consolidation of ideas about Ukrainian militarism in the doctrinal documents of ensuring the national interests of the Russian Federation is argued.

The Fight Against German Saboteurs and Ukrainian Nationalists in the Liberated Territory of Ukraine in 1943
Resumo
The article reveals the historical experience of the struggle against German saboteurs and Ukrainian nationalists during the liberation of Ukraine from the Nazi invaders in 1943. On the basis of archival documents and documentary sources, examples of service and combat activities of the personnel of the SMERSH bodies and the NKVD troops of the USSR, involving various numbers of forces and means of law enforcement agencies of the state, as well as features and procedure of interaction with state security agencies and military units of the Red Army in ensuring law and order in the region.

State Labour Reserves of the USSR in the 1940s and 1950s: living conditions and training practices of the working youth
Resumo
In the post-war USSR, the system of state labor reserves (GTR) was actively developing. Dormitories were built en masse in cities to attract young workers. The whole system of life in them and the practice of education reflected the political, economic and spiritual processes taking place in Soviet society. Dormitories were the focus of all the problems and contradictions of the Soviet system. The authorities paid great attention to the social aspects of the GTR system. The article discusses the methods of collectivist forms of workers’ education.

The results attest to the consecutive development of the EU’s Asian policy in the framework of Indo-Pacific idea.

Pedagogical Activity of Brigade Commander N.M. Potapov at the Moscow Institute of Foreign Languages

The article highlights little-known facts about the pedagogical activity at the Moscow Institute of New Languages (now MSLU) of a prominent military specialist of the Red Army, lieutenant general of the tsarist army N. M. Potapov. The main research methods are analysis, synthesis, generalization, systematization. Based on the study of archival material, the authors concluded that N.M. Potapov was a sought-after specialist, productively and enthusiastically teaching students French military translation.

Problems of Army’s Recruiting in Canada at the Height of World War I (based on the Canadian Press)
Resumo
The paper examines the features of the process of recruiting the Canadian Expeditionary Force at the height of the First World War and the problems that accompanied the recruitment of volunteers. It examines the difficulties faced by the authorities, as well as measures aimed at stimulating the recruitment campaign. As a result, it became obvious that in the conditions of the ongoing war, the only way out of the current situation was the introduction of the transcript in Canada.

The article is devoted to attracting and securing young scientists in the field of science. The research perspective is shifted from external regulatory factors (public policy, financing) to internal factors and regulators in the context of the theory of subjectivity. The author's view on the specifics of the formation of professional subjectivity based on the theoretical provisions of approaches within the framework of the activity paradigm is presented. The process of formation of professional subjectivity of young scientists is defined, consisting of stages and stages that are in a systematic, hierarchical relationship. The structural components of the model of professional subjectivity of young scientists are highlighted.

Implementation of Analytical Competences by Employees of the Emergency Response Department of the EMERCOM Crisis Management Center in Moscow: Development of Strategies and Measures
Resumo
In the article, the formation of analytical competencies among employees of the department under consideration is studied using two research methods. Using the Ishikawa Diagram method, the authors identified 3 management problems. Using the SWOT analysis method, the authors developed 6 strategies and 6 specific proposals (measures) to improve the formation of analytical competencies among employees of the department in question.

Problems of Managing the Ratio of the Techno-Environment and the Ecology of the Metropolis in Modern Conditions (on the Example of the City of Moscow)

According to the authors, the techno-environment of a metropolis is all objects of artificial origin that surround a resident of a large modern city. Today, the issue of managing the technical environment is closely related to the solution of environmental problems. To confirm these provisions, the results focus groups conducted in Moscow among experts who are sufficiently informed about the environmental situation and the state of the technical environment in Moscow are presented.

Studies of Ethnicity Within The Constructivist Approach

This article is an analytical explication of the main approaches proposed by the proponents of the concept of «constructivism» to the understanding of the concept of «ethnicity», which they represent as a product of social construction. The purpose of the study was to identify the relevance of the methodological basis of constructivism as an ethnosociological paradigm for the analysis of ethnicity in modern socio-political realities.
