Аннотация
В обзорной статье представлены современные тенденции использования большой грудной мышцы при реконструктивно-восстановительных операциях по поводу дефектов грудной стенки инфекционно-воспалительной этиологии. Проведен анализ доступных литературных источников баз данных: РИНЦ, PubMed, Web of Science. Определены наиболее актуальные вопросы по данной проблеме, а именно: особенности анатомии и аномалии больших грудных мышц; варианты лоскутов большой грудной мышцы; основные нозологии, при которых используется пластика большой грудной мышцей; осложнения применения лоскутов большой грудной мышцы.
