Author Guidelines

ARTICLE SUBMISSION GUIDELINES

  1. The editorial board of the journal "Vestnik SGUGiT" accepts articles that have not previously been published in any print or electronic publication. Authors are not allowed to submit manuscripts submitted to the editorial board of "Vestnik SGUGiT" to other publications (this requirement is waived if the editorial board declines to publish the article).
  2. The content of the article must be open. The presence of a restrictive classification serves as grounds for rejecting materials for open publication.
  3. Articles are submitted to the editorial board electronically.
  4. An article will be accepted for consideration by the editorial board provided that it complies with the article formatting guidelines. A scientific article submitted to the editorial board is reviewed by a technical editor for completeness of the submitted documents and their compliance with the editorial requirements, the journal's profile, and the formatting guidelines. If the formatting guidelines are not met, the article may be sent back to the author for revision. The document package must contain:

– the author's application for the article; - original text of the article; - conclusion on the feasibility of open publication; - expert opinion of the internal export control commission.

This list of documents is mandatory. If the listed documents are missing, the article will not be reviewed by the editors.

 

ARTICLE PUBLICATION RULES

  1. Authors submit articles to the editors of the scientific journal "Vestnik SGUGIT" in accordance with the article submission rules. Authors are responsible for the content of their articles. The editors do not always share the opinions of the authors and are not responsible for the inaccuracy of published data.
  2. Articles are registered as received, checked for compliance with technical requirements, and undergo mandatory checking for plagiarism in the Antiplagiat system. If the text is less than 85% original, the article is sent to the author for revision with appropriate justification. Each article is reviewed no more than twice.
  3. The article is then sent for peer review. The journal's publication schedule is based on articles that have received positive reviews.

 

  1. Articles accepted for publication in the next issue of the journal undergo prepress preparation, including editing, proofreading, and layout. Upon completion of the issue, articles are assigned a DOI, and the next issue is published on the SSUGIT Bulletin website. Articles are indexed in the Russian Science Citation Index (RSCI) and Crossref.

Submission Preparation Checklist

As part of the submission process, authors are required to check off their submission's compliance with each of the following items, and submissions that do not adhere to these guidelines may be returned to the authors.

  • The rules for formatting a bibliography are presented on the website of the SSUGiT Bulletin.

  • Authors must provide supporting documents in hard copy (for SSUGIT employees) or electronic format (as scans for thirdparty authors). A conclusion on the possibility of open publication and an export approval from the Internal Export Control Commission are issued by the authors' organizations.

 

Privacy Statement

The editorial Board of the journal and the administration of the website of the journal do not transfer personal information in any way specified by the users when working with the website of the journal to third parties, except for those cases and to the extent specified in the terms of the copyright agreement.The affiliation work and e-mail address of the authors of the manuscript accepted for publication will be published in the section "information about the authors" of the printed version of the journal and in the section "about the authors" on the page of the article on the website of the journal. The phone number of the corresponding author will be known only to the editorial Board Secretariat and will only be used in cases of emergency.
