Abstract

This study represents a thorough analysis of the subject-matter, sources and structure of Russian education law, the main normative legal acts regulating education law in Russia and their classification. This study brings to light and thoroughly examines numerous problems and uncertainties which can be found in statutes regulating education law of the Russian Federation.
