Constitutional Justice and Human Rights

Abstract

By this article the author research the main goal of the constitutional justice. He describes the problems of the development of the constitutional justice based on the case of one of the CIS countries (Kyrgyzstan). The author makes a brief review of the models of the constitutional justice around the world.
