Level of complex adaptation of the young expert building specialities' to professional work in the conditions of the capital megacity

Abstract

In article processes of adaptation of young experts' builders of the different building organizations of a capital megacity are considered. Results of the conducted research that show the factors influencing process of success of adaptation of young experts to professional work are presented.
