Аннотация
Полученные в ходе обследования 574 офицеров запаса (в отставке) данные свидетельствуют о том, что в проведении реабилитационных мероприятий нуждается около половины из них. При этом реабилитационные программы должны быть максимально адаптированы и персонифицированы в зависимости от адаптационного потенциала. В статье описывается разработанная трехэтапная система медико-социальной помощи военнослужащим запаса (в отставке) и алгоритм ее реализации, включающий регламент внутриведомственного взаимодействия.
