ARBORETUM OF V. N. SUKACHEV INSTITUTE OF FOREST, SIBERIAN BRANCH, RUSSIAN ACADEMY OF SCIENCES AS AN ELEMENT OF CREATING NEW PUBLIC SPACE IN THE CITY OF KRASNOYARSK
