儿童近端尿道下裂手术矫正方法的选择仍是一个亟待解决的问题。在这篇系统性综述中,我们比较了目前使用Duckett和Bracka方法治疗近端尿道下裂的结果。在PubMed、Google Scholar和eLibrary数据库(2008年至2023 年)中进行了文献检索,并使用以下关键词搜索英文文献:"proximal hypospadias"(近端尿道下裂)、"repair OR urethroplasty"(修复或尿道成形术)、"results OR complications"(结果或并发症)。在俄语文献资料中,关键词为:"近端尿道下裂"、"尿道成形术"、"并发症"、"Duckett手术"、"Bracka手术"。经过筛选,有四篇符合筛选标准的全文文章被纳入本综述。共对385名患者的数据进行了描述:其中218人接受了Duckett手术,167人接受了Bracka手术。术后并发症总数分别为31.11%和10.18%。这些研究的方法水平都不高。目前还没有足够的研究对近端尿道下裂单期手术和分期手术进行比较。需要进行多中心研究或比较研究,加强诊所之间的互动,纳入更多患者,并延长随访时间。
