心血管并发症在与新冠病毒感染相关的多系统炎症综合征中的表现:婴儿病例报告

多系统炎症综合征是儿童新冠病毒感染的一种极其严重的形式,其特征为系统性过度炎症反应, 并可能引发多器官功能衰竭综合征。在某些病例中,可出现心血管并发症,包括心肌功能障碍、心肌缺血、休克、心律失常、冠状动脉炎及冠状动脉瘤。尽管新冠病毒感染的发病率已下降,多系统炎症综合征仍是导致高病死率的重要原因。病例描述本文报告了一例与新冠病毒感染相关的 多系统炎症综合征 在婴儿中的病例:入院原因: 长期双侧肺炎,检测显示 SARS-CoV-2免疫球蛋白G高滴度。临床表现:过度炎症反应,继发 心包炎 及 心肌功能障碍;进一步诊断为 冠状动脉炎 及 左冠状动脉瘤。主要心血管并发症:左心室整体收缩功能下降;心肌损伤标志物持续升高;阵发性心动过速;冠状动脉扩张及瘤形成。治疗:持续性正性肌力支持;心脏苷类药物治疗;综合治疗及及时识别并发症。通过上述治疗,患儿最终获得良好预后。
