Abstract
Гиперактивный мочевой пузырь (ГМП) у женщин, на первый взгляд, кажется довольно простой и понятной проблемой. Однако и здесь существуют "подводные камни". Нельзя не учитывать возможные нейрогенные факторы. Недержание мочи чаще является смешанным явлением, когда не только гиперактивность, но и недостаточность функции сфинктерного аппарата мочевого пузыря составляют суть расстройства мочеиспускания. Не всегда ясна роль гормональных изменений и пролапса половых органов при ГМП. Тем не менее обращаемость по проблеме ГМП по-прежнему возрастает. В последние годы, когда началась активная работа по созданию "Стандартов медицинской помощи", ГМП как одно из самых частых расстройств мочеиспускания вошел в их перечень. Этот факт вызвал новую волну интереса к синдрому ГМП, потребовалось клиническое обобщение подходов к диагностике и лечению, а также уточнение терминологии.Современные лекарственные средства группы селективных антагонистов мускариновых рецепторов, сокращенно называемых антимускариновыми, обладают высокой эффективностью в отношении симптомов ГМП, возможно их совместное применение с другими видами первичной терапии. В большинстве случаев достигается выраженный клинический эффект и улучшение качества жизни пациентов. Решение о том, какова должна быть длительность терапии, остается за врачом и, возможно, станет темой дальнейшего обсуждения.
