Abstract
Перикардиты – это заболевания серозных оболочек сердца (околосердечной сумки) воспалительного происхождения. Перикард является по сути тонким и плотным мешком, отгораживающим сердце от других органов грудной клетки. Он препятствует смещению сердца и перерастяжению его во время физической нагрузки. Перикард состоит из внутреннего и наружного листков, между которыми имеется узкая щель, условно обозначаемая как перикардиальная полость. В норме в полости перикарда содержится около 25 мл прозрачной жидкости и сохраняется отрицательное давление.
