1. Scientific articles on the following scientific specialties are accepted for publication:
5.2 Economics (Higher Attestation Commission SPECIALTIES: 5.2.1. Economic Theory; 5.2.4. Finance; 5.2.5. World Economy).
2. By submitting an article to the editorial board, the author(s) automatically transferred the exclusive rights to its publication and was responsible for the previously published material (whether in print or electronic, abbreviated or expanded versions, as well as foreign translations), the accuracy of reproduction of names, titles, quotes, formulas.
Simultaneously with the article, the author(s) will send the completed License Agreement to the editorial office.
3.The journal does not publish articles containing signs of both falsification of research results, source data and information, and plagiarism – presenting other people's ideas and achievements as their own, using other people's texts without reference to the source, as well as previously published texts of articles by the authors. The originality of the article text should be at least 80%. It is not allowed to use special programs or macros that hide the borrowed text when checking for plagiarism by adding hidden characters, multiple spaces between words, rearranging words, or replacing letters of the Russian alphabet with English. If violations of the above requirements are found, the editorial board of the journal has the right to refuse the author(s) to review the article for publication.
4. Recommended article structure:
introduction;
problem statement, purpose of the article, review of scientific literature;
methodology and research methods;
, research results, discussion;
Conclusion (conclusions, author's contribution).
Design of articles proposed for publication in the journal
The manuscript is presented in Russian and includes the following information:
1) the title of the article (in Russian and English);
2) Universal Decimal Classification (UDC);
3) basic information about the author(s): surname, first name, patronymic in full), scientific degree, scientific title, position, place of work, city, country, e-mail address, postal address (with zip code);
4) the unique digital identifier of the author (ORCID ID);
5) a short abstract – at least 1,500 characters with spaces (in Russian and English);
6) keywords – no more than 10 words or phrases (in Russian and English). After the keywords, it is necessary to indicate the scientific specialty of the article according to the passport of the Higher Attestation Commission;
7) data on the grant and other sources of financing for the creation of the materials described in the article (if available);
8) the main text of the article (recommended length: 15,000-40,000 characters with spaces).
Please note: references to the cited sources are given in [square brackets]. The notes are provided with references in the text (in parentheses) and are given after the text of the article before the list of references. Typing parameters: Microsoft Word; Times New Roman font; size 14 regular; without hyphenation; line spacing 1.5; width alignment; margins 2 cm; paragraph indentation 1 cm);
- The list of references is given in alphabetical order (first Russian-language sources, then English-language) and is located after the main text.
Please note: the names of the authors of the sources used are indicated in italics.
Footnotes and references should be drawn up without dividing dashes, with mandatory indication of the publisher, the total number of pages in the source, and the page spacing for journal articles and publications in collections.
All the authors of each publication are indicated.
References - foreign sources are given in the original language, Russian sources are transliterated with an indication at the end (in Russian) (see: https://translitonline.com/nastrojki /).
For the correct design of the article, the editorial board draws the attention of the author(s) to the sample design of scientific articles.

The bibliographic list is drawn up in accordance with GOST 7.5-2008 (Bibliographic reference) (without a separating dash). The name of the publisher and the page spacing for the journal articles must be indicated. The number of sources in the bibliographic list is not more than 50. The list of references is given in alphabetical order (first the Russian-language sources, then the English-language ones) and is placed after the main text. The names of the authors of the sources used are indicated in italics. Footnotes and references should be drawn up without dividing dashes, with mandatory indication of the publisher, the total number of pages in the source, and the page spacing for journal articles and publications in collections. All the authors of each publication are indicated.
