Journal “The Tidings of the Baltic State Fishing Fleet Academy: Psychological and Pedagogical sciences” is a scientific publication of Kaliningrad State Technical. It comprises the scientific articles devoted to the actual problems of professional pedagogical education. The journal is meant for a wide range of scientists, specialists in the field of pedagogics, professional pedagogics, engineering pedagogics, theory and methods   of professional education, psychology, post graduate and doctorate students and fellow applicants. The journal is formed up and being actively developed in the concept of scientific school majoring in inducing vocational oriented process of education, the founder of which is The Honored Scientist of the Russian Federation, Doctor of pedagogical sciences, Professor Bokareva Galina Aleksandrovna.

The journal’s indexing and database incorporation: registered by the Federal service for Supervision in the Sphere of Communications, connection and protection of cultural heritage – certificate ПИ  № ФС77-31377 dd 11 March 2008. In the register of mass media, the changes are incorporated by the Federal Service for supervision in the field of communications, information technologies   and mass communication in accordance with changing of  the founder, changing specialisation  – registration number ПИ ФС77-79694 dd 27 November 2020 ; 06 February 2023  to the   registration entry of mass media the following changes are incorporated by Federal Service for Supervision in the field of communications, information technologies and mass communications  in accordance with changing of the language,  included in the list of leading peer-reviewed journals and publications which should publish the major scientific results  of the theses for application for the degree of Doctor and Candidate of sciences (decision of State Commission for Academic Degrees and Titles dd 19 February  2010 г.№ 6/6; dd 1 December 2015 г.; dd 26.03.2019 ); Based on rating the category К2 is assigned (of State Commission for Academic Degrees and Titles, recommendation of the presidium  dd 8 december 2023); enlisted in the electronic scientific  library  (ESL) –  head executor of project on the creation of Russian index of scientific quoting (IF RISQ, sub licensed agreement  № 17-11/08); enlisted in the database of Russian scientific journals; registered in the international database   of periodic and continuing publications  Ulrich’s Periodicals Directory, electronic versions of the journal are placed on the national digital resource  Rucont – www.rucont.ru, in the Center of electronic resources  Agency “Kniga-servis”  – www.akc.ru The journal accepts the scientific articles, reviews, unpublished unrenowned scientific data   as per the stipulated issues in focus  from the scientists, teachers, post graduate students, doctorate students and research fellows.
