Two interrelated factors - the North American model of biomedical ethics and values of the continental socio-humanitarian thought - determined formation and development of bioethics in Europe. The ethical-axiological reflection specificity of European bioethics is represented by heterogeneous alternatives of American principalistic conception. WHETHER THE DOCTOR WITHOUT MISTAKES CAN WORK?

Doctors can not making errors. A federal incidence reporting system should be iniciated to reduce medical errors and allow their professional assessment. This system should include database of medical errors filing, analysis of their causes, professional expert investigations, establishing of a record of doctor's proceedings for the physician involved in such a case. Media discussion of a doctor's error is only possible after an objective external expertise is completed by specialists, or medical malpractice in proven by litigation

The paper analyses influence of the modern image transformation technologies on the man's attitude to his body and appearance.
