Rules for the preparation and submission of the manuscript

The editorial board of the Competence journal accepts articles, including translations, reviews of scientific conferences, reviews and other materials. The Editorial Board accepts only new materials that have not been published anywhere before. All manuscripts are reviewed and edited. At all stages of the preparation of the manuscript for publication, the editor interacts with the author. The editors reserve the right to reject, shorten and edit articles. Editorial changes are subject to approval and are paid for. Articles are published on a paid basis. Post-graduate and undergraduate papers require a mandatory review from the supervisor. No fees are paid.
The published materials may not reflect the point of view of the founders, editorial board and editorial staff. All rights to the materials published in the journal belong to the editorial board and the authors. The journal's publications may not be reproduced in any form in other publications without the written permission of the editorial board.
All advertising components from the article are removed or provided by an advertising block paid for by advertising rates. Upon receipt of confirmation of the editorial board's consent to publication, the author (or co-authors) must download on the website www.asms.ru a sample contract, fill it out in one copy, print it out, sign it, scan it, and send the scan to the editorial office's email address: komp@asms.ru or kev@asms.ru and send a hard copy by mail. After the publication of the materials, the author is provided with 1 printed copy. the magazine (included in the price of the agreement). The quantity can be increased on request.
Responsibilities of the authors: The authors undertake to comply with ethical standards and rules of scientific research. By submitting the material to the editorial board, the authors confirm its originality and independence, and the absence of copyright violations by other individuals and legal entities. The author(s) independently checks the manuscript for anti-plagiarism (information is attached to the manuscript). A written review of the submitted article is also attached to the manuscript. The authors are responsible for the selection and accuracy of the facts, citations, statistical and other data, proper names, geographical names and other information provided. The author is obliged to indicate the sources of all citations, figures and other information provided in the article. If an author finds significant errors or inaccuracies in an article at the stage of its review or after its publication, he should notify the editorial board of the journal as soon as possible, which will allow the editorial board to clarify the information in the next issue. By submitting a manuscript to the editorial board, the authors undertake not to publish it in any other publication without the written consent of the editorial board. Author's materials must include: the title of the published material; annotation; keywords; the published material’s text; a list of used sources/literature; information about the author/authors.

The title of the article should be short, informative and reflect the essence of the thematic content of the material. The translation of the title into English should not contain transliterations from Russian, except for untranslatable names of proper names or objects that have their own name.
Place of work / study of the author - in the affiliation indicate the full official name of the organization, position, academic degree, academic title, city, country (address is not indicated), work and home phone numbers, e-mail address of the author.
Abstract: text of the annotation/summary (volume no more than 3-5 sentences from 220 to 350 characters with spaces); the abstract should be informative and briefly reflect the issues under consideration. Abstract: abstract in English. A brief summary of the article in correct English with generally accepted terms understandable to an English-speaking audience. The abstract should include the goal and objectives, results and conclusions. The abstract should be at least 170 and no more than 250 words long.
Key words – up to 6 words, which should include generally accepted terms in the discipline and other concepts that correlate with the content of the work and do not repeat the title.
The bibliography should include all works used by the author; references to the latest scientific literature are welcome. The number of sources is regulated: no more than 10–15. Self-citation should not exceed 20%.
Each reference should contain the following items: author/authors, title, place of publication, year of publication, publisher, total number of pages.
Manuscripts formatted in accordance with the requirements of GOST R 7.0.7–2021 are accepted. The text of the manuscript is provided as a single file. The rules for formatting the list of references according to GOST R 7.0.7–2021, numbering – in the order of citation, for example [1].
Each article must be accompanied by formatted review + anti-plagiarism check results.
To promptly resolve any questions that arise, the editor provides information about the author at the end of the article, indicating his mobile phone number.
