THE MAIN APPROACHES TO THE PROFILE TRAINING IN SECONDARY GENERAL EDUCATION IN THE SYSTEM OF CONTINUOUS EDUCATION ON THE EXAMPLE OF UNIVERSITY CLASSES

Abstract

Basing on the detailed analysis the nature and specificity of profile training in secondary general education in the system of continuous education on the example of University classes is revealed, the basic approaches to educational modernization are analyzed in general, the ideas of continuous education are justified, the methodological constructs of school education are determined, the activities of the University specialized classes in modern conditions are analyzed. An overview of various aspects of modern continuous education is provided, which allowed to identify this concept in relation to the process of profiling students on the basic program of secondary general education. Analysis of the main approaches to the problem of modernization of education in general has allowed to reveal some aspects related to the general goals and tasks of state policy in the field of education, which allowed to determine the possibility of practical realization of ideas and concepts of the development of new educational systems based on specialized training. It is emphasized that the creation of University complexes, ensuring the continuity of educational goals and objectives, training programs of various levels created objective preconditions for the transition to a higher quality level of education. The main ideas of the core education focused on individualized learning and socialization of students taking into account the real needs of the labour market and allowing them to guide the students’ identity to professional activities are revealed. The organization of the educational process of profile training on the basic educational program of secondary general education in University classes is shown on the example of Tambov State University named after G.R. Derzhavin.

THE RUSSIAN LANGUAGE AS AN INSTRUMENT OF RUSSIA'S POSITIVE IMAGE FORMATION

Abstract

The importance of civil-patriotic education of students that is realized during the formation of a positive attitude to the mother tongue is discussed. The appeal to the concept of “love for the mother tongue” in the federal state educational standards of general education (in the requirements for personal, meta-subject and subject results of learning educational programs, in the list of characteristics that make up the “Graduate’s portrait”) is analyzed. Examples of precedent texts glorifying Russian language (statements by M.V. Lomonosov, G.R. Derzhavin, I.A. Bunin, A.I. Kuprin, K.G. Paustovsky), and provocative texts (articles by Yu.V. Rozhdestvensky, B. Meltsa, M.N. Epshteyna, D.L. Bykov) are given. The importance for a combination of rhetorical and grammatical approaches in Russian language teaching is proved. Detailed description of the content and structure of the workbook, developed in order to foster positive attitudes of pupils to their native language and form the national value orientations (country, morality, conscience, dignity, honesty, love, kindness, honor) in their minds, is given. It is proved the importance of learning within the subject field “Philology”, the state's history and language, different language areas. Attempt to determine the nature of love to the mother tongue basing on article by S. Averintsev “Panegyric for Philology”, which reveals the originality of “intellectual love” to the language, is made.

Abstract

The methods of teaching business English based on the specifics of students specialty with the help of a global network to create real conditions for improving the quality of education and expanding students’ knowledge are considered. It is emphasized that the students’ self study work on the Internet is of multifunctional character. It provides mastering foreign language as a means of communication and forms some skills. The concrete skills are founded. They are necessary for successful use both of language and professional knowledge of the future specialist. Special attention is paid to the socio-cultural component in the development of professional skills and the expansion of educational space boundaries by acquiring intercultural experience. The author gives examples contributing business communication skills and focusing on searching information, making business projects, and solving case-studies. The examples of concrete directions, providing the development of business communication, paying attention to search activity, project activity and methods of case-study are given. It is concluded that these techniques help students to improve their linguistic, communicative and professional skills.

IMPROVEMENT OF SOCIAL AND CULTURAL PREPARATION OF LINGUISTS-STUDENTS IN THE PROCESS OF FOREIGN LANGUAGE TEACHING

Abstract

The notions social and cultural competence, background and ethnic-cultural knowledge, intercultural sensibility are analyzed. It is shown that the lack or insufficient formation of social and cultural competence among students-linguists is the reason of mistakes of social and cultural nature and as a consequence the failure in foreign communication. In process of formation of student’s social and cultural competence that refers to correct his communicative behavior, we develop in the student’s minds foreign worldbuilding. It is proved that foreign language learner, when he / she is trying to understand foreign culture, makes in his / her cognitive system secondary cognitive constructions or knowledge which are matched with knowledge about the world by foreign language speaker, representative of other social and cultural community. It is justified that culture signs that show cultural experience of people can be overlapped and possess as asymmetrical phenomenon that is similar in one parts and different in other parts. Conceptual filters and filters of perception define to which triggers we pay attention and how we make selection in these triggers interpretation, when we decode messages. Learner studies language and culture phenomena in real social and cultural contexts in diachronic and synchronic aspects, so he / she analyses cooperation and interinfluence of learning aspects of language and culture which are directed to form social and cultural impartiality, social and cultural politeness and observation that are important to slow down communication failure. It is proved that in process of perfection of social and cultural competence learner makes his / her own style of education (individual methods and ways of understanding of lexical or grammar phenomena, cultural phenomena), masters knowledge that are useful for understanding texts (knowledge from other spheres) or receives structure characteristics of grammar phenomena adequately (grammar rules knowledge).

Abstract

For effective training of future translators from Chinese into Russian, in particular in the economic sphere it is necessary to develop methodological training system based on the analysis of existing methods of teaching of foreign languages and translation. The definitions of the main components of methodical system of training for this kind of translation: preconditions; approaches (system, competence-based, student-activity and communicative and cognitive); principles (of visibility, accessibility, innovation, information, problem, profile orientation, functionality, taking into account the native language); and teaching methods (communicative, problem, interactive), organizational forms of teaching, quality criteria and evaluation, learning content, psychological and pedagogical conditions are provided. According to them, a structure of the methodical system is suggested: preconditions, the target unit, the theoretical unit, technological and assessment and productive units. Due to the lack of development and researches in the field of education in the sphere of economic discourse translation from Chinese into Russian taking into account its features (lexical, syntactic and stylistic) our methodical system helps to improve teaching of students to prepare them for work in the market of professional translation services.

SENIOR FORMS STUDENTS’ COGNITIVE ACTIVITY DEVELOPMENT IN ENGLISH TEXTUAL ACTIVITY

Abstract

It is devoted to considering a question of using popular-science texts as the main means of senior forms students’ cognitive activity development. In our work we base on some principles of I. Kant’s theory of knowledge about cognitive activity, and a priori and a posteriori knowledge. We consider a priori knowledge as depending on experience, theoretical, speculative, having universal and necessary indications, developing senior students’ abilities to generalize, to analyze, to compare, to reason, to find decisions in different situations and a posteriori knowledge as practical, depending on experience. Schoolchildren’s a priori and a posteriori knowledge development is possible at usual English practical lessons and also at elective courses, including the popular-science texts into the educational process. Methods of working with popular-science texts have their own distinguishing features. It’s important to acquaint students with the structure of offering texts and specific language means. We come to the conclusion that using popular-science texts at English lessons at school will help to develop the cognitive activity, senior forms students’ a priori and a posteriori knowledge, will better the subject knowledge of science direction and the English language.

Abstract

The problems of physical education of the up-growing generation are becoming more relevant nowadays. Basing on traditional values in physical education it is also important to develop new approaches and mechanisms of this important social process aimed at physical and spiritual improvement of students. The school subject PE and the system of additional education of physical -sportive direction are the part of physical education of the growing generation which is aimed at decision of the prevailing tasks of the State aimed at increase of the general level of healthy development of the country, formation of healthy life values, patriotic education of the growing generation, keeping and saving the health of the students. The idea of the project “Sambo in schools” appeared in 2010. As modern school program of PE includes lessons given for martial arts training but without pointing out which one the initiators of the project decided to give these lessons to sambo training. The president of All-Russian and European federation of sambo S. Eliseev noticed that sambo must be estimated as national treasure. The children must know the history of sambo and be proud of it. And knowing some moves of self-defense are necessary for everyone. The specialists in sambo also noticed that they did not teach the children how to fight but they teach them to fall right, loosen a grip and the manner of behavior in extreme situations. If children liked it they advised them to practice sambo at more advanced level.

THE PECULIARITIES OF CARRYING OUT SWIMMING TRAINING AMONG CHILDREN WITH MENTAL RETARDATION OF 11-12 YEARS OLD

Abstract

For several years the problem of increasing the effectiveness of training and swimming in children with mental retardation is in the focus of scientific research (T.V. Ermilova, 2012; T.A. Protchenko, 2007; E.S. Zhukova, 2012; B.A. Aikin, 2010 and others.) However, currently there is a trend of growth in the number of children with disabilities, including children with specific developmental delays and mental retardation. Thus, according to G.F. Morozova (2008), the number of children under 18 years with a diagnosis from 2005 to 2008 increased by 4 % and amounted to about 1 million people. Swimming has a unique, inherent only to the sport, influence on the body due to the properties of the aquatic environment dramatically different from the properties of the air environment common to man. Swimming lessons has an impact on almost all organs and systems of the body. Teaching students swimming in our country goes on the line of average educational institutions, and youth sports schools. In addition, swimming is included in the process of physical education in children’s recreation camps, especially in summer.

Abstract

The concept “formation” as a form of sports dance, standards specific criteria of refereeing competitive activity, conditionality commanding performance by Latin American and European programs. The concept of sports equipment and its role in the preparation of a formation team is analyzed and disclosed. The technique of technical training athlete, a dancer in the ensemble performance of sporting ballroom dance is studied. In generalized form set out the nature and content of technical training in a formation team. Obtained kinds of technical training: individual, pair, team. The stages of mastering sport technique are analyzed and marked: the stage of learning and improvement. Along with the technique of the external, which is expressed in the ability to perform all the difficult technical elements, highlighted the need of possessing an internal technology - dancer athlete, and consisting of acting. As typical errors of execution and methods of adjustment and correction are considered and classified. In this regard, the identification of the most efficient methods of sports training in the ensemble on the European and Latin American dance program, the study, of technical training - dancer athlete in ensemble performance sports ballroom dance, possible to give guidelines to ensure consistently team action, and to talk about the relevance research in this sport.

POTENTIAL OF CLUB ACTIVITY IN THE FORMATION OF SOCIAL ACTIVITY OF TEENAGERS

Abstract

The problem of teenagers’ social activity formation as a necessary condition of modern social renewal is considered. The essence of social activity of teenagers as a stable strategy of their social behavior is defined. It reveals in the conscious orientation on socially approved behavior and socially-significant activity, the mastering of social adult roles which let them adopt successfully in society, reorganize it and also improve their skill basing on interests and values of society. The characteristics of structure of social activity of teenagers (motivational, oriented, regulative and productive components), the criteria and indices of its formation are presented. The potential of club activity in the formation of social activity of teenagers as a complex of its means (pedagogically valuable, club forming (communicative, leisure, amatory) and accompanying types of activity (value-oriented, reflective, organizational, socially-useful) and also process components (content, forms and methods)) are defined and analyzed. Their application provides process efficiency. The formation of teenagers’ social activity by means of club activity is described as one of the most important problems regardless of certain organization form of the club, its space localization.

THE KURSK PROVINCE MEANS OF COMMUNICATION IN THE FIRST QUARTER OF XIX CENTURY

Abstract

Means of communications are extremely important for social and economic development of the region, they influence on a condition of trade and all economy in general. The road network has the special importance in public administration and ensuring defence capability. On the basis of the sources introduced for scientific use for the first time it is tried to open a level of development of overland and water communications in the territory of the Kursk province at the beginning of XIX century and to show their evolution throughout the first quarter of XIX century. The number of the main and post roads to provinces is shown, the detailed attention is paid to questions of legislative regulation and financial security of repair of bridges and roads. This process is connected with transition in repairing of means of communication from orders of Paul I to Alexander I which were based on synthesis of former foundations (Statute of 1754 and innovations of Paul I with prevalence of the first). At the same time quality of roads sought to improve the government at the expense of command and administrative methods. The active phase of innovations in the “road” legislation regarding repair and contents of overland messages proceeded till 1810, transferring service of provincial roads and bridges to a new round of development. After the termination of an active phase of reforms, there was a transition to a stage of their realization and using them in the regions proceeding till the end of the studied period. The irreplaceable role of land surveyors in the course of repair of roads is noted, the attention to the difficulties connected with absence of experts is paid. Attempts of introduction of new technologies do not remain away from research too. The attempts of functioning of the waterways throughout the first quarter of XIX century which, unfortunately, were not crowned with success are described. Thus, research reflects various aspects of functioning of the means of communications in the territory of the Kursk province which value will promote successful search of the solution of modern problems of construction and operation of a regional road network.

Abstract

Research of interrelation of spatial and social structures in the Russian provincial town at the end of XIX - the beginning of XX century is one of the actual directions of modern urbanistics. Problems of spatial differentiation of the population of the provincial center are considered. Social aspects of a question of ownership of city real estate are researched. Possibilities of use of data of the mass sources processed and brought in electronic databases with subsequent their visualization on cartographic materials of the specific city for research of social and professional, class, property spatial differentiation of the population of the Russian provincial town at the end of XIX - the beginning of XX century are analyzed. The complex combination of class and class elements of the Russian society of the end of XIX - the beginning of XX has found reflection in social zoning of a provincial town. The topographical dualism in the provincial center of the agrarian region has been expressed less contrastively than in capital cities and large industrial centers. However, spatial placement of separate national groups allows to speak about a certain social segregation and stigmatization as result of manifestation of social stratification.

Abstract

The history of Rusyn cultural-educational institution of Russophile direction “Mikhail Kachkovskiy Society” which had the aim to disseminate literacy among peasants is considered. This society established some branches, economical societies, book shops, scholarship funds and etc. Cultural-educational “Mikhail Kachkovskiy Society” was founded in the second half of XIX century in the conditions of two basic political movements counteraction at the territory of Eastern Galicia - Ukrainophilia and Russophile, fighting for influence on existing reading rooms and for establishment of new. The role and place of “Mikhail Kachkovskiy Society” in Rusyn-Ukrainian national movement of the second half of XIX - the beginning of XX century are studied. The idea orientations of its basic actors are revealed, the struggle of organizations for influence on Galicia Rusyn is revealed, the interaction of heads of “Society” with Ukrainophilia, Russophile and Polish movement and also Austrian government at different stages of development are considered. The subject of analysis are the reasons influencing the decrease of popularity of “Mikhail Kachkovskiy Society” at the end of XIX - the beginning of XX century among Rusyn-Ukrainian population of Eastern Galicia.

THE REVOLUTIONARY UPHEAVALS IN THE RUSSIAN PROVINCE THROUGH THE PRISM OF THE PUBLIC INITIATIVE

Abstract

The involvement of primary archival documents of the provincial archives that allow to evaluate the extent of public participation and the initiative of towns people of Black-Earth Center during the 1917 revolution is actual. Specific examples and scenarios in the first months of the revolutionary wave in the context of the development of urban self-government and formation of new government are given. The active role of students in secondary special educational institutions in the disarmament of the police and the formation of public sentiment in the cities of the region are clarified. Social and professional status of representatives of local government of a new revolutionary time of interaction and friction with the commissioners of the Provisional Government is defined. The spontaneous and impulsive nature of the formation of social attitudes and representations of the urban population of the Central Black-Earth region in the new government is revealed. Characterization of the reasons for the growth of social tensions and problems of daily life of the urban population of the region during the World War I of 1914-1918, which in its turn contributed to a quick and bloodless victory of the new government, is given. The urban population of the Central Chernozem region was so tired of the hardships of military routine and food supply problems, rising housing prices, the influx of refugees that lime of the fall of the autocracy raised hopes for change for the better. Important factor in wait-and-see tactics the majority of the population of the region in terms of revolutionary upheavals, which is quite understandable reactions to an incomprehensible and fleeting change of the usual lifestyle and everyday life of the average urban word of the Black-Earth Center, is identified. The lack of a coherent opposition activity a new mode is revealed. Monarchical and reactionary groups were not ready for such dramatic changes in provincial society, and their passivity reflects the overall panic mood of the supporters of the old regime. At the same time in the regions there were no attempts of massacres with supporters of the autocracy, but the negative sentiment was expressed only in damage to and destruction of portraits of the Imperial family and symbols of the old power.

LECTURES AS AGITATION FORM OF POLITICAL-EDUCATIONAL WORK OF MUSEUMS OF TAMBOV PROVINCE IN 1920-1941s

Abstract

The role of museums in political-educational and agitation-propaganda activity in Tambov province and Tambov region in 1920-1941s of XX century is considered. The state accomplished ideological education of adults and children, involved them in state and economic building, developed consciousness and activity, increased general cultural level of the country population. The soviet government was interested in increase of educational and cultural level of all the population, paying attention to the growing generation and understanding that without educated, cultural person it is impossible to build new state. Museums, in this period become a part of general state and party system. In mass work with population prevailed the out of museum, agitation forms - lectures, mobile exhibitions dated to political companies. Lectures as a form of museums’ activity played a great role in work with dissolution of the population illiteracy, antireligious propaganda, health-keeping education, the necessity of armed protection propaganda to reach the revolution, provided the scope increase among listeners. Besides the increase of general educational level, the population of the region got a little amount of legal, political knowledge, skills of participation in social work - to have the ability to perform in from of the auditory, answer the questions, to gain the point. But stepwise instead of thoughtful agitation, combined with concrete help, the methods of “pressure”, “urge” prevailed. The individual approach was not important, that lead to gradual transformation of museums in “cult factory” aimed at propaganda of socialism reach.

FEATURES OF CLOTHES AND IDEAS OF FASHION IN SOCIALIST SOCIETY OF “THAW PERIOD” (1953-1964)

Abstract

Relevance of a subject of research consists in characteristics of the features in clothes connected with stabilization of a social and political and social and economic situation in the USSR in general and in Kursk region in particular. Research purpose is to show how the western fashionable tendencies, which were considered recently dangerous to the Soviet people during this period, so-called “thaw period”, have exerted impact on appearance of the Soviet population. In mass media there were articles of specialists in the field of fashion and style - fashion artists of All-union Fashion house, having educational value. To taste and development of art to put on numerous specialized editions with characteristic names have been devoted: “Art to put on”, “About culture of clothes”, “Fashion and we” and so forth, the replaced brochures on hygiene, widespread in 1920s and 1930s. Explained to the Soviet people as where and what clothes it is pertinent to wear how to combine colors in a set or how to choose a successful style. Periodic special editions which had distribution in the territory of the region, the containing patterns and drawings of models of clothes are generalized. The characteristic of fashionable preferences of representatives of the population of Kursk region during 1953-1964 is done. Work of the entities of economic councils and the industry of local subordination on expansion and updating of range of goods of national consumption is analysed. Problems of providing with fashionable clothes and footwear of inhabitants of the region are considered. The reasons of deficiency of items of light industry are established.

THE IMPROVEMENT OF THE RETIREMENT POLICY OF THE SOVIET STATE IN 1980s

Abstract

On the basis of the analysis of the regulatory framework the mechanism of improvement of retirement policy of the Soviet state in the 1980s is described. Government policy was directed to systematic increase of pensions to different categories of workers, to provide various benefits to pensioners, to attract retirees to do their professional duties, to expand the network of residential care homes for lonely aged citizens, to increase the expenditure of food, medicines and other needs which are necessary in the residential care homes of elderly citizens. In the analyzed period the situation of sensitive and attentive attitude to the requests and needs of elderly members of society was created, opportunities for the participation of veterans of work possessing large practical experience, feasible employment, social life and educational work were expanded. Despite the activization of the retirement policy, evidenced by numerous legislative acts of the 1980s, there were certain shortcomings in the field of socio-economic support to this category of citizens. They were connected with the problems of state provision and were often caused by late activity of the social welfare authorities and individual social workers in particular. The increase in the nominal funds has led to a gradual accumulation of significant population money supply, that is why along with increasing benefits to the population, an increasing problem has been the provision of food. The shortage of consumer goods, the worsening of the food problem, the growth of welfare of the population reduced. That is why the state has tightened control over social benefits.

Данные файлы позволяют Сайту распознавать устройство Пользователя. 4. Категории субъектов персональных данных: все Пользователи Сайта, которые дали согласие на обработку файлов «cookie».

7. Способ отзыва: заявление об отзыве в письменном виде путём его направления на адрес электронной почты Оператора: info@rcsi.science или путем письменного обращения по юридическому адресу: 119991, г. Москва, Ленинский просп., д.32А

8. Субъект персональных данных вправе запретить своему оборудованию прием этих данных или ограничить прием этих данных. При отказе от получения таких данных или при ограничении приема данных некоторые функции Сайта могут работать некорректно. Субъект персональных данных обязуется сам настроить свое оборудование таким способом, чтобы оно обеспечивало адекватный его желаниям режим работы и уровень защиты данных файлов «cookie», Оператор не предоставляет технологических и правовых консультаций на темы подобного характера.

9. Порядок уничтожения персональных данных при достижении цели их обработки или при наступлении иных законных оснований определяется Оператором в соответствии с законодательством Российской Федерации.
