“Tambov University Review. Series: Humanities” is a peer-reviewed scientific-theoretical and applied journal, which publishes the results of interdisciplinary fundamental and applied research in the field of pedagogy and history.
The mission of the journal is to serve as an open international platform for scientific discussion of relevant theoretical and empirical research that makes an original contribution to the development of the following areas within the branches of scientific knowledge: pedagogy (general pedagogy, history of pedagogy and education, pedagogy of higher education, theory and methods of teaching and education (by field and level of education), recreational and adaptive physical education) and history (national history and foreign countries’ history).

The Editorial Board regulates the requirements to the submitted materials and conditions of their publication, as well as other matters of publication.
Aim and Scope
The aim is to create a unified research space for the mutual exchange of achievements of Russian and foreign scholars specializing in the field of pedagogy, methods of teaching foreign languages and Russian as a foreign language, adaptive physical education, national and foreign countries’ history.
Scope:
Discussion of current issues of pedagogy (education, upbringing and teaching) in Russia and abroad.
Exchange of innovative scientific research results’ by Russian and foreign scholars in the field of teaching foreign languages and Russian as a foreign language, including education based on modern digital technologies and artificial intelligence technologies.
Presentation of research results in the field of adaptive physical education.
Reflection of modern trends in historical science and a wide range of views on the foreign countries’ and national history course.
Publication of fundamental and applied scientific research results in the field of national history from the perspective of the interaction of socio-natural, socio-economic, political and socio-cultural aspects in the historical development of Russia, its individual regions and microsociums (individual settlements and socio-professional groups).
Discussion of key issues of foreign countries’ history, the experience of studying both the civilization patterns of global development as a whole and the history of individual foreign countries (priority is the history of modern and contemporary ages).

Preference is given to scientific articles containing new results of theoretical and applied research within the framework of the journal’s presented sections. The Editorial Board welcomes scientific reviews that analyze contemporary Russian and foreign publications, allowing for an assessment of the state of the issue under consideration. Scientific reviews are published.
The target audience of the journal is the scientific community of researchers in the field of pedagogy and history (scholars, higher school lecturers, applicants for the degrees of candidate of science and doctor of science).
Original articles by Russian and foreign authors in Russian and English are accepted for publication.
The authors are scientists from Russian scientific and educational organizations from near and far abroad countries.
All articles submitted to the Editorial Board of the journal are subject to mandatory “double-blind” review by the members of the Editorial Board and external experts selected by the editorial team. Responsibility for the quality of reviews and the timeliness of the review of manuscripts is assigned to the Editor-in-Chief of the journal.
Business model: journal’s financing is carried out by the founder, all articles are published free of charge.
