Synthesis and characterization of novel bis-triazolyl quinazolinones

Resumo

A series of 2-methyl-1-[(1-phenyl-1H-1,2,3-triazol-4-yl)methyl]-2-(4-{[(1-phenyl-1H-1,2,3-triazol-4-yl)methyl}amino]phenyl)-2,3-dihydroquinazolin-4(1H)-ones have been synthesized by click chemistry from 2-methyl-1-(prop-2-yn-1-yl)-2-[4-(prop-2-yn-1-ylamino)phenyl]-2,3-dihydroquinazolin-4(1H)-one and substituted azides. The newly synthesized quinazolinones have been characterized by ¹H and ¹³C NMR, IR, and mass spectral data and elemental analyses.
