Abstract

Character of immune infringements essentially depends on pathogenetic variant of the diabetic foot syndrome and its severity degree. Results confirm pathogenetic heterogeneity of clinical forms of complicated diabetic foot syndrome and demand the differentiated approaches to treatment.
