Abstract
Early detection and treatment of congenital hip dislocation is one of the most urgent problems of modern orthopedics. If a child is born with a stretched capsule of the hip joint and he has a dislocation and subsequent slight reduction of the head into the acetabulum (a symptom of "slipping"), then we interpret this condition as a pre-dislocation of the hip.
