Toxic effect of the methylmetacrylate monomer bone cement was studied in vivo at the experimental model. Marked changes of metabolism and inner organs structure of rabbits was detected. Efficacy of antioxidant and antihypoxant therapy for the decrease of unfourable side action of methylmetacrylate was shown.
