Аннотация

Системные васкулиты (СВ), патогенетически связанные с антинейтрофильными цитоплазматическими антителами (АНЦА), в настоящее время являются одной из наиболее динамично развивающихся областей ревматологии. За 2011 г. произошли существенные изменения, касающиеся номенклатуры СВ, ассоциированных с АНЦА (АНЦА-СВ), пройден важный рубеж в изучении биологической анти-В-клеточной терапии при этих заболеваниях и разработаны Европейские рекомендации по применению ритуксимаба (РТМ) при АНЦА-СВ; в нашей стране создан регистр больных АНЦА-СВ, получающих РТМ. В статье обобщены основные итоги оценки состояния этой проблемы на современном этапе.
