论证。先天性颈椎半椎体畸形并不常见,但由于该区域的解剖特点,以及大多数外科医生缺乏治疗此类患者的丰富经验,因此这也是一个棘手的问题。
本研究旨在分析现有的有关颈椎先天性脊柱侧弯畸形患者手术治疗的文献。
材料和方法。对含有半椎体颈椎定位患者检查和治疗结果的文献进行了检索和分析。我们在PubMed、ScienceDirect和Google Scholar数据库中进行了关键词搜索,还搜索了内容相似的文章。搜索深度为50年。
结果。由于颈椎先天性畸形的发生率不高且治疗复杂,文献中关于颈椎先天性畸形患者手术治疗问题的论述并不充分。不过,根据现有的资料,可以确定一种有效而安全的治疗算法。
结论。尽管治疗这类患者困难重重、经验不足,但现有的围手术期规划方法和手术矫正技术可以显著改善患者的生活质量,避免发生严重并发症。
