THE PROBLEM OF THE INFLUENCE OF THE PEASANT COMMUNITY ON THE DEVELOPMENT OF AGRICULTURAL PRODUCTION IN THE PROVINCES OF THE AGRICULTURAL CENTER OF RUSSIA IN THE LATE 19TH – EARLY 20TH CENTURIES

Mitrokhin A.V.

Abstract

This article is devoted to the problem of the influence of the peasant community on the economic situation of the peasant economy in the late 19th – early 20th centuries in the Ryazan, Tambov, Tula provinces. An attempt is made to reveal the role of communal land use in the context of the causes of the «impoverishment of the agricultural center» – the crisis of peasant farms in the central region in the late 19th – early 20th centuries. The study provides a description of the economic situation of peasant farms in which the land was in private, hereditary ownership. The article examines the problem of the influence of communal land redistribution on the use of organic fertilizers. It is concluded that communal ownership of land and the redistributions associated with it were not the main factors in the crisis of peasant farms. The reasons for the economic decline were increasing demographic pressure, leading to land shortages, the lack of necessary meadow lands, leading to a shortage of livestock and, as a consequence, a shortage of manure.

Shefel S.V., Zakharova V.A.

Abstract

The article presents an attempt to assess the cultural potential of the autographic concept of the modern Russian philosopher F.I. Girenok. The meaning of this concept is revealed through penetration into the creative laboratory of his thought, critically revealing the significance of the discourse on the origins of human consciousness and its aesthetic component. Non-trivially formulated provisions and conclusions of the author of this concept allow us to look at the problem of human creativity from the perspective of studying the original deep foundations of the breakthrough of our distant ancestors in the sphere of their artistic humanization. In this regard, the features of the phenomenon of rock painting revealed by the author of the concept reveal the conditions of the original cultural interpretation of the nature of Paleolithic art. At the same time, the provisions contained in this concept open up new horizons for the implementation of the idea of using the autographic approach in the study of cultural and, in general, social and humanitarian phenomena. This is significant from the point of view of the creative implementation of its elements in the process of formation of the modern personality in the conditions of modernization transformation of the Russian Federation, as well as the affirmation of tolerance and solidarity in interpersonal relations in society in the era of increasing confrontational tension in the intercivilizational aspect.

THE DIGITAL REPUTATION OF A MUNICIPAL LEADER AS A FACTOR OF PUBLIC AUTHORITY STABILITY

Artyukhin O.A., Lideka A.A., Krokha V.G.

Abstract

In the context of digital transformation of the political sphere, electoral communication increasingly exceeds the boundaries of traditional campaigning. Campaigns begin long before the official start and are carried out through platform-adapted visual and semantic constructions. The rapid spread of digital channels in electoral practice calls for a reassessment of how the effectiveness of political strategies is evaluated. Quantitative metrics, which researchers have traditionally relied upon, fail to capture the substantive features of impact and the internal logic of digital campaigns. The aim of this article is to develop and test a qualitative model for assessing digital strategies in electoral practice. The author’s task was to determine which structural, rhetorical, and receptive characteristics make it possible to interpret digital communication as a consistent strategy of political influence. The proposed model is based on three analytical blocks: content structure, rhetorical design, and forms of digital response. Each block includes a set of indicators assessed on a scale from 0 to 3 points. The methodological framework combines qualitative content analysis with elements of discourse analysis. The empirical basis includes cases from campaigns in Saint Petersburg (2019), Moscow (2023), and the 2024 European Parliament elections. The analysis covers visual techniques, rhetorical patterns, and the frequency and nature of audience reactions. The results confirm that visual consistency, message targeting, and rhythmic delivery generate sustained audience engagement. The model has proven effective in conditions where personalized data is unavailable and can be applied to campaigns at various levels. It is suitable for both academic interpretation of digital communication and practical evaluation of strategic effectiveness in electoral contexts.

THE MAIN STAGES OF TRANSFORMATION OF THE STATE POLICY OF THE RUSSIAN FEDERATION IN THE FIELD OF SPIRITUAL AND MORAL VALUES: STATUS AND PROSPECTS

Kaparov A.A.

Abstract

The purpose of the study is to identify patterns in the evolution of the state policy of the Russian Federation in the sphere of spiritual and moral values during the post-Soviet period. The relevance of the topic is due to the need for scientific understanding of the processes of institutionalization of value policy in the context of global instability and the formation of a multipolar world. The research methodology is based on the systemic and historical-genetic approaches, which allow us to consider the transformation of value policy as a multidimensional process of interaction between internal and external factors of social development. As a result of the study, four main stages of transformation of state policy were identified: deideologization and value vacuum, national-state consolidation, institutionalization of value policy and formalization of traditional values. Each stage is characterized by specific mechanisms of state influence on the spiritual and moral sphere of society. Discussion of the results reveals the contradictory nature of value transformation, manifested in the coexistence of declarative attitudes and practical realities of socio-cultural development. Particular attention is paid to the analysis of the current state of the policy of formalization of traditional values as a response to the challenges of civilizational confrontation.
