Basic requirements for the materials under consideration:
Matching the topic area.
Text originality: at least 70%.
At least 10 sources in the list of references, including at least 3 (5) publications over the past 5 years.
Availability of contact information and questionnaires of all co-authors.
The text of a scientific article should be strictly formatted according to the following requirements:
Microsoft Word text editor.
The format is A4.
The margins are 2 cm on all sides.
The font is Times New Roman.
Font size – 14
The line spacing is 1.5.
The indentation is 1.25.
The orientation is portrait, without page alignment, without hyphenation.
The formula editor is a Microsoft Office package (MathType).
Graphs, tables, and figures are in black and white, without color fill, and hatching is allowed.

If your work was funded by a grant or any program, indicate this with a footnote after the title of the article. For example:

THE ABSTRACT of THE ARTICLE is in Russian (in italics). The abstract should be at least 150 words long. The abstract should disclose the content of the article, that is, briefly substantiate the relevance of the chosen topic, the context of the problem; the purpose and objectives of the study; the methods used in the research process; the results obtained by the author and the scope of their application.

The LIST of SOURCES is given in alphabetical order in the form of a numbered list. All sources, including foreign ones, are issued in accordance with (GOST R 7.0.7-2021). For all publications in the list of sources that have a Digital Object Identifier (DOI), it must be specified. The list of sources must be followed by References.
