Author Guidelines

Manuscript Formatting Guidelines
Manuscript Volume: Not less than 10 pages of A4 format.

Requirements for the Structure of Scientific Works Submitted to the Editorial Board:
Article Title (IN UPPERCASE LETTERS).
Author Information: Full name, academic degree and title, place of work (study) and position, organization's address, e-mail (mandatory).
Abstract (50-250 words), reflecting the main content of the conducted research and the results obtained by the author.
Keywords (not less than 5).
The information presented in points 1-4 must be provided in both Russian and English.

Main Text of the Article. The text should follow this structure: Introduction, Research Results (may be divided into subsections), Conclusion.

Bibliographic References (provided in accordance with GOST R 7.05-2008 in a unified format established by RSCI). The list is compiled in the order of citation of works in the text of the article.

Formatting Rules for Scientific Works Submitted to the Editorial Board:
Margins: 2 cm on all sides of the sheet.
The article text should be typed in the Word editor.
Font for the main text – Times New Roman. The text should be 14 pt, line spacing – 1.5.
In tables and figures, Times New Roman font in the range of 8-14 pt may be used, with single line spacing.
Captions (14 pt, regular) are provided as follows:
— under illustrations, centered, after the word "Fig." with a serial number (14 pt, regular);
— above the table, aligned to the right, after the word "Table" with a serial number (14 pt, regular).
A single figure and/or table in the text is not numbered.
First line indent (paragraph) – 1.25 cm.

Complex formulas are created using the built-in MS Equation 3.0 editor in WinWord. Formulas are centered in the column without indent, their serial number is indicated in parentheses and placed on the right. A single formula in the article is not numbered. The formula is not separated from the text above and below by additional spacing.

References to literary sources are indicated using square brackets [1].

The Bibliographic References list is provided in 14 pt at the end of the article, strictly in the order of citation in the text.

Graphical Presentation of the Article:
Illustrations are created in vector format in the Corel Draw 11.0 graphics editor, or in any of the MS Office 97, 98, 2000, or 2007 graphics applications.
Graphs, drawings, and photographs are inserted into the text after their first mention, in a form convenient for the author.

The authors are responsible for the selection and reliability of the facts, quotations, statistical and sociological data, proper names, geographical names, and other information provided.

Submission Preparation Checklist

As part of the submission process, authors are required to check off their submission's compliance with each of the following items, and submissions that do not adhere to these guidelines may be returned to the authors.

• Эта статья не была раньше опубликована, а также не представлена для рассмотрения и публикации в другом журнале (иначе объясните это в Примечаниях для Редактора).

• Отправляемый файл рукописи имеет формат Microsoft Word или RTF - *.doc, *.docx, *.rtf.

• Интернет-ссылки представлены в виде полных URL.

• Текст набран с одинарым межстрочным интервалом, шрифт Times New Roman, 14 pt; для выделения используется курсив, а не подчеркивание (кроме интернет-ссылок); все иллюстрации, графики и таблицы расположены в тексте там, где требуется по смыслу (а не в конце документа).

• Текст соответствует стилистическим и библиографческим требованиями Руководства для Авторов, расположенном в разделе "О нас".

Privacy Statement

The journal's editorial board and website administration do not disclose any personal information provided by users while using the journal's website to third parties, except in cases and to the extent specified in the author's agreement.
The affiliation and email addresses of authors of manuscripts accepted for publication, as well as their identifiers in scientometric databases, will be published in the "About the Authors" section of the printed version of the journal and in the "About the Authors" section on the article's page on the journal's website.
The telephone number of the corresponding author will be known only to the editorial board secretariat and will be used only in cases of emergency.
