Aims and Scope
The quarterly scientific journal Bulletin of the Adyghe State University, Economics series, is devoted to theoretical and applied research in the field of mathematical, statistical and instrumental methods in economics, regional and sectoral economics, and management. Our goal is to publish high–quality materials covering current issues of the modern economy. Articles by Russian and foreign scientists in Russian and English are accepted for publication.
Articles should be devoted to topical issues of science, contain a clear statement of the purpose and objectives of the research, rigorous scientific reasoning, generalizations and conclusions of interest due to their novelty, scientific and practical significance.

Peer Review Process
- All scientific articles submitted to the editorial board are subject to mandatory peer review.
- The responsible editor of the journal determines the compliance of the article with the profile of the journal, the design requirements and sends it for review to a doctor or candidate of sciences who has a scientific specialization corresponding to the topic of the article and articles on similar topics over the past three years.
- Reviewers are notified that the submitted manuscripts are the private property of the authors and contain information that is not subject to disclosure. Reviewers are not allowed to make copies of articles. The review is conducted confidentially.
- The review period is 14 days.
- The review should indicate:
- a) the correspondence of the subject of the article to the specified number of scientific specialty according to the classification of the Higher Attestation
Commission b) the correspondence of the title of the article to its content
- c) the relevance of the subject of the article; the completeness and objectivity of the reflection in the article of the current state of the issues under consideration; the presence of bibliographic references to significant publications in characteristic sources of information, including in recent years;
- d) the novelty / originality of the presented scientific results; scientific and / or practical significance; validity of the presented scientific results; correctness of the methodology used, methods and techniques of research; illustrative material fully reflects the stated scientific results
- The review is conducted anonymously. The review is provided to the author of the article upon his written request.
- If the review contains recommendations for correcting and finalizing the article, the executive secretary of the journal sends the text of the review to the author with a proposal to take the recommendations into account when preparing a new version of the article. The article revised by the author is re-sent for review.
- The final decision on the publication of the article is made by the editorial board of the journal and recorded in the minutes of the meeting of the Editorial Board.
- After the decision of the editorial board of the journal to allow the article to be published, the responsible editor informs the author about it and specifies the date of publication. In case of refusal to publish the article, a reasoned refusal is sent to the author.
10. The reviews are kept in the publishing house and in the editorial office for 5 years.

Open Access Policy
The Journal provides direct open access to its content, based on the following principle: free open access to research results contributes to an increase in global knowledge sharing.
Free reproduction of the Journal’s materials is allowed for personal, information, research, academic or cultural purposes in accordance with Art. 1273 and 1274, Ch. 70, Part IV of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation. When quoting, a link to the Journal is required. Other types of reproduction are possible only after written agreement of the copyright holder.
The data storage policy is aimed at selecting, storing and providing access to the archives of the Journal and includes the following objectives: compliance of archiving materials with state standards for archiving; registration and publication of articles according to professional standards; provision of wide access to the archived material, provided for publishing practice.
All articles published in the Journal and their metadata are stored in the Russian State Library, the Russian Book Chamber, on the Publisher's server and are available on the Journal’s website for free.
